Hi,

I have created a Event action for sending a email to the user when a PO report is printed.

Event: PDF_REPORT_CREATED 

When I try to send email I’m getting SMTP issue.
 

Do I need to change any configurations ?

​@Thean obviously there’s some issue with connecting to the mail server.Assuming the hostname / port / user / pwd are correct in your Mail Sender configuration, I suspect a networking issue.

Could you provide more info on this?

Is your mail server hosted on prem? Is your IFS environment hosted on prem?

It could be the case that your mail server is on prem and your IFS environment is hosted by IFS and then your IFS environment can’t reach your internal network to push the email in the mail server.
