I’m testing Crystal Web Services configuration (IFS Cloud 22R1) and http://localhost/IFSCRWebSetup/Ifs_ReportService.asmx OpenReport test does not work. I have HTTP 500 error in one browser, and this message in the other:
Crystal log cannot be started either.
How to solve this problem?

I have the same issue. I have created a suppoort ticket but no response yet. The instructions for the test don’t match myy setup either, in GetSavedReportA I have an extra field at the top.
Hi Both - It looks like this one hasn’t been able to be resolved by the community. I suggest you both open a case so support can assist you.
Have already done so but no resolution in 3 weeks.
Thanks,
Alex
@PROAHAR - did you get a resolution for this?
No not yet. It seems speaking to support that this test is no longer expected to work so testing in this way is not indictiave of anything.
Does it actually work from the appliction? If not what errors do you see?
One way to tell if the application and the WebService are talking is to enable logs in IFS Cloud :
When we enable we get this error:
IFS support are currently investigating.
Did you get a case number from support on this issue
Yes its Case CS0095991
Hello, regarding case CS0095991 you created. Has there been a resolution?
No not yet, it is taking some time. Do you have the same error?
I do. We created a case today as well. I am attaching my notes I included with the case. Let me know if you have any suggestions.
