Are those Shop Orders having by products or any other produced parts remaining to be received?

Hi Linda - are the operations not being reported automatically (or have not been otherwise reported) on the SO’s which are not auto closing?

Thanks for engaging - no, no By Products or Produced Parts...

For some we report actual hours against employees, others will backflush a set number of hours for the job.  I think we select the Auto-report checkbox on Receive/Manual Receive but I can check.  

It’s generally part of the workflow to check all material issued and all ops reported by looking at the details tab to clock both of these are ‘Complete….’

Are you suggesting it won’t Auto-Close if we have Ops open and haven’t selected ‘Auto-Report’?

​@PRODQ - I recall that this is the std behaviour (def in earlier versions) - it’s certainly something I’d have looked at when I was working for a customer in a previous role.
 

I think that’s what I would expect but in our examples all Ops WERE reported … hence the initial query..
