Is anyone experiencing issues with Shop Orders set to Auto Close intermittently not closing on Manual Receive?

We have had a number of instances recently where this has occurred (resulting in a rather expensive assembly being received twice...)

Early days of investigation currently but it doesn’t seem to be only one user/part/site and all bar two have Close Code of ‘Auto Close’

We are on 23R1.10.

Any feedback appreciated!
