We can successfully perform CREATE/UPDATE/GET/QUERY operations within existing processes. Tehe IFS REST API connector is configured fine and connects without any issue. Receiving errors when we use the IFS REST - Partner Connector - FUNCTION V2. Below are the steps that I have followed. I am not able to post the entire content in the post, thus have attached as word document.

We have a mixed payment where Cancel Matching was done. But now we would like to just cancel the mixed payment. But when we right click on the header, the Cancel option is greyed out. Is there a way to cancel the mixed payment?  Would greatly appreciate any help on this.

Hello.Below, we have an advanced invoice for customer Spacelabs for 73,513.50 .  There is also an available company CUPOA balance of -131,349.95.  We did a customer offset of the CUPOA and the advanced invoice for 73,513.50 .  When I look at the updated customer ledger open items, I now see a negative balance for the customer Spacelabs. My expectation was that its balance would be zero. The company CUPOA balance was rightly reduced by 73,513.50, but the customer advanced invoice balance was reduced by 147,027 rendering it negative. Would anyone be so kind to explain why this happened? How can I offset a CUPOA and advanced invoice so that the invoice balance

I have a test environment deployed as our company is getting ready to upgrade from Apps 10 to Cloud 24R1 (remote). The landing page contains a number of links, including to Product Documentation and Technical Documentation. Has anyone ever had some of their pods have seemingly random DNS resolution errors? I’ve been fighting to get CWS up and running in my instance for entirely longer than reasonable, and with IFS’ help, they showed me how I can gain access to a prompt within one of my containers. Hello Community! I am attempting to transfer engineering parts to inventory as part of a workflow. The process includes creating a record in the EngRevTransferHeadSet set of the EngineeringRevisionTransferHandling projection. When created through the UI, the record includes a non-null RecordSelection property. However, I cannot get the RecordSelection property filled with a value when created through the workflow. I’ve tried adding it in the Create action and through an Update action, and neither input has been accepted. I tried hardcoding the record into the projection action, and the record still gets created with a null RecordSelection value. I tested with the following formats, none of which have worked:

This may be a question with an obvious answer. I am creating a Kanban circuit (floor stock location) with replenishment from inventory location (main warehouse).The scenario is that the Kanban is the floor stock, and parts are always backflushed from the Kanban location (backflush from floor stock locations). The Kanban is replenished from the main warehouse when floor stock drops below a level (Kanban order point). Transport tasks are generated correctly to replenish the Kanban but need to ensure that the main warehouse always has sufficient stock on-hand to top up the Kanban.If the Inventory Part has a safety stock, is the qty in the Kanban taken into account when MRP checks if parts have dropped below the safety stock?And similarly, if the inventory part was planning method B with an order point, would the Kanban qty be taken into account when order proposals job checks if stock has dropped below the order point?I would assume that the Kanban qty is NO

Hi ,As suggested in below conversation, I set up the purchase part → Over Delivery → Action Authorized -->WarningThen I could go to register arrivals → Changed received qty→ Proceed with just a Warning. I understand, if I select “Error” it would stop proceeding. But The requirement of the customer is to have an addition authorization/ monitoring queue to control when accepting over delivery than what has ordered. Hi ,  Can we register 2 absence and keep track of 2 absence in HCM/PSO in single day 

Current setup for absence limit generation is based on the seniority setup. For ex. Seniority is defined based on the date of birth of the employees, if user’s age is 0-59 then they will get 25 leaves whereas if user is 60 or above they will get 30 leaves.The above setup currently works irrespective of the date of joining of the users which we need to fix that system should consider date of joining while allocating leaves to users. Can anyone advise how we can do such setup ?

I have introduced new overhead cost and my posting controls are run on ‘Posting cost groups’. As the purchase arrival transaction went on to Erroneous status I have ‘modified’ posting cost group and rerun Erroneous distribution and manufacturing postings.I noticed that  inventory transaction does not pick the posting cost group even after run erroneous postings. My posting controls are dated back. New purchase receipts done after update of the modify posting cost groups works fine. Can somebody advise on how to fix the transaction happened before modifying the posting cost group?Thank you
