Astea Mobile Edge - iPhone FaceID not working

iPhone users get an error message “User or password invalid” while trying to log in using FaceID but using the same credentials entered manually users can log in to the application.

HI Firdosh,

From what you describe, it seems like the password cache stored in the iOS device is not correct.  You should be able to remove/change the password using the Passwords app if you are using iOS 18 or via the settings apps searching for passwords.

Hopefully, you are using iOS18 thus can use the Passwords app to edit the currently saved password.
