When we went from IFS 9 to IFS 10, we were required to install a deprecated java print agent in order to use the socket spooler to send .zpl labels to our Zebra printers.  We’re getting ready to upgrade to the latest version of IFS Cloud.What is the solution for .zpl label printing in IFS Cloud?

Hi,I’m trying to add a persistant custom attribute to the Shopping Cart Line that’s accessed via the Shopping Cart in the Self Service Procurement screen.I checked, and I am able to add a custom attribute to the Entity SelfServShopCartLine I am also able to add the field to the Page via the Page Designer. However, when I try to save any value, nothing happens. When I check the debug, it doesn’t look like the value entered is being passed in the modify call.I checked the database, and no value has been saved.Has anyone faced a similar issue? Or has someone been able to add a custom field to SelfServShopCartLine?I couldn’t find any relavent information or any

I cannot get print some of the Quick Reports which contained barcodes in IFS Cloud (22.2.10) environment. It is displaying like *A332902507* instead of barcode (below).I have already installed 3 of 9 fonts for all the users in crystal web service installed environment.Print View in SAP Crystal Report Designer  

As per Ministry of Finance Rule PMK 131, for most goods and services, a 12% VAT rate is applied on a Tax base in the form of the Other Value (Dasar Pengenaan Pajak/”DPP Nilai Lain”), which is set as Tax Basis at 11/12 of the import value, selling price, or compensation. When you create  Credit Invoice Lines from a Work Order Invoice Preview (Previously you need to have created an Invoice Preview, then a Customer Order and finally an Invoice), you need to approve the new Invoice Preview and a Customer Order is created.In the moment we invoice this created Customer Order, the Invoice Type is CUSTORDEB instead of CURTORDCRE¿Is this a bug in the system? ¿Where can we configure this Invoice Type to be CUSTORDCRE?Kind RegardsFrancisco José Rivas Rodríguez 

Hello,While using the Service module > Work Task screen, we have the option to enter a Fixed Price line for a sales part from the Sales tab. Work TaskWhereas while using the Service Management module > Request Work Task screen, we do not have the option to enter the Fixed Price in the Cost Type dropdown. Is there a reason for removing this option from the list? If so, is there an alternative way to add the fixed price? Please let me know.Request Work Task

i want to know  prevent users from registering arrival (receiving) with a date earlier than the PO Release Date in IFS Applications 10 ,to restrict dont receive material on back date

Hi, I saw a new enhancement in the 25R1 release document regarding connecting work tasks to project activities rather than at work order level. However, I have tested this out and it does not appear in the work task screen. Have I missed anything? Thanks,George.

Good afternoon, We are on IFS 10 UPD 16 and I have an issue with postings for a finished Work Task. The WT finished on 7/31/2025 and the reposting correctly moved the amounts from WIP to Cost.Since then, every time we run the Transfer Work Task Time Transactions job (we run it daily), the system books entries from Cost to Cost. It happens only for a couple of Work tasks, the rest are running correctly, not sure how to make it stop. On the Work Task Transaction screen the Release WIP to final accounts is greyed out.Any ideas why this might happen?  Thanks,Cora

In 25R2 we can no longer query REP views and this is breaking several of our quick reports that use the result key from the reports, how would be find where the sources of views are? The Customer and Supplier Ledger Age Analysis and Purchase Receipt report are the ones that broke for us.

Hi everyone, Our IFS CLoud environment is getting worringly slow in some parts as we are working on Procurement (24R2). When we (the IT) try to spot it, we do see everything slowing down. Everything eventually works as it should, only slower than expected. We find no errors in our consoles. However our users (the people who use IFS daily) have alerted us that some processes end in failure because of the time out.We worry because the slowing down happens consistently on our test environment, but these are new processes that will be used in production from next week on. We cannot afford to have the new tools go into time out as soon as they go online.Sadly, we have no idea where to start with this issue. If anyone else has had issues of general slowing down, we would love to hear how you went about tackling the issue.

The attachment pane has another title in one environment. Does anyone know where I can configure this setting ? It has the title “Category “ this has the title “Documents” in other environments.   

Dear all,What shall I do do get the resource names from IFS-Cloud visible in PSO? In some cases, the names appear, in other cases not. Which configuration is necessary in IFS? What do I have to configure? 

In IFS Cloud, 24R2 SU6, we are seeing an issue where a user is entering the invoice date parameter >10/01/2025 and when they click search the table does not load the data accordingly.When we click on the ADVANCED button to see how the SQL looks, the whole parameter for the invoice date field is missing. It is almost like the system is not accepting the entered parameter and recognizing it exists.Has anyone else run into this issue in other screens or know how we could fix it?Thank you

Hi all,we plan to use FIFO valuation method for some companies/sites.While doing some testing on top of FIFO we see some challenges like:Intra-company transfers between sites when doing transfer from site using STD to site using FIFO with internal CO/PO, the FIFO bucket in receiving site is valuated by STD cost from the sending site to avoid any artificial profit/loss to be created during the transfer and ignoring any freight charges on the internal PO connected to the transfer      Not possible to cancel internal receipts system is not allowing to cancel internal receipt when FIFO is used Recalculation of FIFO bucket cost history in case of a mistake I’m actually note sure if this is a pain (but I can imagine under some circumstances it could be), ​​​but ​​​​it seems there is no system support to recalculate FIFO bucket cost history in case of a

Hello!I am trying to create a new query with Cloud Query Designer to show orders for a certain sales group that were invoiced “Today”. I added a filter the the Customer Order Invoice date - but I can’t figure out how to set it as a dynamic value for “TODAY”. I’ve tried setting it as a Parameter as well, but then the query prompts me to enter a date to preview the data. This won’t work for us as the intent is to schedule the report to be emailed to a group of users on a daily basis. Is this possible to set the invoice date as a dynamic value of “TODAY” with Query Builder? I’m a novice at query building so any tips someone may have a greatly appreciated.  

A customer wants to add several customers as commission receivers in IFS Cloud for one Agreement ID. This is restricted in the standard version. Is there any alternative way to reach this setting? 

Is there a particular way to address the alphanumeric fields while sorting?I feel restricted in effectively sorting my data currently. In the attached screenshot, the alphanumeric fields make it impossible to sort the values in an ascending order.Is my only option then is to use some other header column ? 

Hello, I would like to automatically reserve all available shipment lines/shipments for shipment orders. I have done this for Customer Orders where I automatically reserve lines via a database task (I have it scheduled to run every 2 minutes), but there doesn’t seem to be any database task that can achieve the reservation for shipments. The reservation button for shipments is a projection action called StartShipmentMainSingle for the ShipmentHandling projection. Since you can’t schedule projection actions as database tasks, how can I achieve this? Any and all advise/input would be greatly appreciated. Thanks,Bryan

We are migrating one of our sites from Bravad to IFS and the following query has come up from the team working in Sales. We are migrating to IFS10 UPD26.  When a customer asks us to come back to them with a price of a new product structure, we can in our current system easily copy a similar structure, do any necessary changes to it and get a quick overview of below details. We can copy an equivalent hose (i.e., we find a component or hose type that is part of a structure we can quickly copy).In the structure registration, we get a quick overview of:• TG1• TG2• Setup cost• Physical balance (no consideration of reserved balance)• Latest date for cost priceWe are now moving to IFS and need a way to get all this information out quickly. This is something that we are doing up to 10 times a day and would prefer not to create new parts and build new structures everytime we need to do this. Is this something that
