Failed to upload file in Document Management - DOCX invalid file type

DOCX files fail to upload with invalid file type even though the DOCX format has been added to the document formats. Can anyone assist with this issue?

​@mcmiller97  all file extensions that you want to manage in DocMan (doc, docx, pdf, xlsx, etc.) must be added as File Types. File Formats is not the correct basic data entity.
