According to the technical documentation, there should be a predefined permission set called “FND_HISTORY_LOG_AUDITOR” in IFS Cloud version 25R1.
However, we do not have it.
We would need this, though, as we have received a request from the business departments to access the history log.
We are not, however, permitted to grant FND_ADMIN to the business departments.
