Recently I have faced an issue while updating to 25R2, Order Delivery Step is getting failed. After raising this concern to IFS, I got to know its a core product issue.For that they have given an OOB fix, I need assistance with implementing the fix. Thanks in advance!!

Dear All,Following our IFS Cloud (remote deployment) release update from 23R2 to 25R1, we are experiencing severe performance degradation with our REST API integrations.Specifically, GET REST API call that previously took approximately 5 seconds on 23R2 is now consuming 2 minutes or more on 25R1. Our initial debugging indicates the primary bottleneck is within Oracle AQ, with DBMS_AQ.DEQUEUE operations exhibiting significant delays.Has anyone else encountered this specific issue after upgrading to IFS Cloud 25R1?

Hi.We create customers via REST API.After we upgraded from 24R1 to 25R1, and ever since upgrade we have started to get a error: “ORA-20124: Error.NULLVALUE: Field [DefaultInvCurrency] is mandatory for Customer and requires a value.”Is DefaultInvCurrency some new field in IFS (or renamed)?/Andreas

We are using IFSAPPS9 with Demand Plan 4.0.2.16. We would like to extract the sys forecast for analysis. The questio is where in the database will we find this data. WE can find sources for Adj Demnand but not the sys forcast going forward. Thanks

Hi, I want to be able to raise a “fixed price” Request in IFS Cloud. “No matter how much labour or materials are consumed on a Request, customer will only pay “£XXX”. The options I can see are as follows: Create a Request with a Price Rule that contains a Fixed Price Line - is it then possible to amend this Fixed Price amount?  Create a Request Quotation and add a fixed Price Line. Process request from Quotation. This seems slightly lengthier than the above process. If possible I’d like to skip the quotation process all together and simple raise a fixed price job. ThanksTom

Is there a way to change an Inventory Location from one Location Group to another one that has a different Location Type?For example, suppose there are two Location Groups: A which has a Location Type of Picking and Location Group B which has a Location Type of Floor Stock. If Inventory Location 01-01-01-001 has a Location Group of A, is there a way to change it so that it has Location Group B?We tried changing it manually, but we ran into the following error: As such, we’re curious if it is possible at all to change the Inventory Location Group for an Inventory Location if the Location Types are different.

I know we must pass through the data mart, but my problems are that when I am trying for example to refresh my FACT_CUSTOMER_ORDER_LINE, I am getting the error bellow, and my data mart does not change to FRESH.VERSION: 25.1.5  

Hello,I was wondering if there was a way to set a part to drive through standard inventory by default on buildable structures it appears on?Currently, new structures have a default set of project inventory and we must flag it on the structure level to drive through standard.Any help would be appreciated.Thanks,Andrew

Hi,Does anyone know how to auto generate a time phased safety stock plan via IPR ?I’ve set up all basic data in terms of IRP (all planning policies, models, classification etc). Server is up and running as well. My question is for inventory parts planned by planning method A, how to generate records for Time Phased safety stock ?I followed the drill until the Batch job ‘ Refresh IPR Data’ no result in Time Phased safety Stock.  What am I missing ? RegardsYashodha

Hi, When the background job runs in the evening for the invoice print, it totally blocks other print outs, especially at this time of the year when we have lots of orders going through.  We have many batch queues for background jobs, but is there a way to silo these print outs that arent even physical prints? thank you 

We have recently upgraded from 24R1 to 25R1 and noticed an unexpected behaviour related to pre-postings.Our WO have 2 code parts While we get the 3 other code parts from the object. Quite often users change the code parts for some of the tasks in the WO (other purpose and financial project)We have now noticed that when others later add a priority or updates the task with additional long description on the task the pre-postings are changed back to the values from the WO...  This is causing a lot of frustration or us for the moment.Does anyone know if there is a system parameter we can change to avoid this behavior?

I'm working with two Service Objects in IFS, and both have an Operational Status of Scrapped. For one of the scrapped objects, IFS correctly prevents me from creating a new Service Request. However, for the other object—also marked Scrapped—I am still able to create a new request.I would expect the behaviour to be consistent, so I'm trying to understand why one Scrapped object is blocked while the other still allows request creation. Is there another setting or dependency that controls this behaviour?For service object 012125F15-PL107162560, I’m able to create a new request.I do note that the operation status doesn’t seem to appear on the Service Object, despite existing on the Part Serial:  I’m able to create a new request for the above scrapped object. I’m not able to create a request for service object WP3235-45-STKWP-358-34 It is not possible to connect the work task to a scrapped object The other difference with these service objects are012125F15-PL107162560 - came in through migr

When ordering a topic environment as part of the Release Update process for 25R2, it appears that it does not produce a log upon failing the build process.All I see under Environment Logs are the entries produced by ordering the Baseline Environment (including error logs).Is this a bug or is this by design (as in, newly implemented)? I recall still being able to inspect the logs of failed Topic Environments, the most recent instance being our uplift from 24R2 to 25R1.Is anyone else experiencing the same issue?

We installed 25R1.3 in production environment this week.. and ALL bank file handling from bank to IFS Cloud stopped.  This is critical !  Anyone here who faces the same problem ? 

Is there a way to auto approve the time entered by FSE in the tasks? We want it to certain technicians.

There is a requirement of showing the capacity drop in the resource analysis window, when an employee is on leave. As shown in the screenshot, when the employee working full 8-hour days, the capacity line appears flat. When employee work partial hours (for example, only 5 hours), the capacity line drops accordingly, reflecting the reduced hours. Similarly, if an employee apply absence on any working day, the capacity should drop to zero (0) hours. How can we build this connection between employee absence and capacity in resource analysis in IFS cloud application? Appreciate your support. Environment: IFS Cloud 25R1I am unable to remove or hide the new toggle button from the Assistants. There is no corresponding Assistant page available in Page Designer, so I am not sure how to control this element.Could any expert please guide me on how to achieve this?Problem description:In the Lead screen, under the Involved Parties tab → Contacts, when users click the “+” Add Contact button, the new toggle button appears. I need to hide or remove this toggle button from the page.Please refer to the attached screenshots for reference. looking for solution or any workaround method for the same.  

Hi I see that it exist autoscaling installation in main.ps1. “-resource 'AUTOSCALER' : Installs ifs-Autoscaler helm chart”Does it exist any documentation on how this is actually working or how to configure it. Kjell Åge
