Multiple objects handling PM actions

Hi All, we are trying to find an automatic way to handle tasks/steps for multiple objects.

Some info taken from Community threads.

1. It is possible to automatically generate PM actions for multiple objects via PM Programs.. PM Program will create 1 PM Action for each object with same tasks and steps; from this to create only 1 work order I will need to go in each PM Action created, flag 1 by 1 “merge” feature and it will create 1 WO with 1 Task per Object...is it correct? If it is so we still need to perform manual steps each time PM actions will be created and then this solution will not be fully automatic.
2. We can duplicate worksteps for each object we would like to apply maintenance activities but there is not way to automatically add all the objects desidered (unless you’ll perform a migration job each time).

If my assumptions are correct, is it possible there is no way to handle multiple objects activity in IFS in a totally automated way? Or at list perform just a flag (as it is in PM Programs) but then system will handle all subsequent steps till WO creation?
