Service Management - Request Bundle Task

When I attempt to complete the work after clocking in and clocking out, I’m getting a message “Resource Not Found”

The request bundle task is allocated to resource 4230.

Any help would be appreciated.

What version are you using? I tried 25.2.2 and it worked as expected.
