Hi, We are having a problem with overlapping half-day absence requests.When an employee requests a half-day off in the morning, the end time is 14:00, and when he requests a half-day off in the afternoon for the same day, the start time is 13:00.There is therefore a 1-hour overlap, making it impossible to approve the second half-day of absence.The half-day should end at 13:00 and not 14:00. How can I change this setting ?Thank you in advance for your help.Best regards.

Hello, When you create a system generated report it gives the option of cvs only, it would seem, and if there is comma’s in a field it can push the data over to right so data appears out with the column headers.Do you know if there is a solution for this?ThanksRoss

Hi All,When a user trying to authorize the time registrations, nothing happen. Once I open the application inside application server, it is working. When trying to authorize time from the outside of the application server it is not working. We have reserve proxy setup and there is no any restriction. The http call when click on the authorization button is tested inside the proxy setup and it is accepted.Regards,Malinda

Hello All, I have noticed that when using the drag-and-drop feature in Aurena, the changes are not properly reflected in IEE until after a period of time. I have not seen any documentation, but I am assuming there is a routine/background job that runs to update them. Is that correct? Any guidance would be greatly appreciated.

We schedule this background job to run after a cutoff time for all managers to authorize their employees’ time for the week.  For some employees, who work two different jobs in a single day, a second interval is entered on the time card by the manager and then authorized (sometimes right before the reconcile).  After the reconciliation job runs, the days on which the manager entered a second interval get reverted back to ‘Calculated’.  Does anyone know why that happens and is there any way to prevent that?

Hi all, I am trying to restrict access to certain contribution elements in payroll for a group of users (IFS10). I have created an access group ‘HR’ and for this group only added the contributions they should see and granted access to those elements. I have allocated the person IDs in the group but yet the users can see all elements recorded in Payroll Information.  Am I missing something or is there a bug here?thanks, Mirjam

Hi,We are currently building an Employee Survey to canvas all employees, but it seems the Survey requires a User Account for answers to be provided. Is there a method that employees without a user account (Shop Floor Employees) are able to complete the survey on an SFDC machine and it be completed multiple times on the same user profile? ThanksBen

Hi I would like to know if it’s possible to enable access to employees in the Preliminary status through supervisor access or in any other way?I am aware that access can be granted via the ‘HR Application Manager’ checkbox but I would prefer not to use this if possible. Thanks

Hi All, In Cloud Environment, the absence which are in “Registered” state are not showing in the “ My Absence Requests” window for the employees to “Confirm”.  All the “Registered” state absence are showing in the “My Absence Registration” window but in that window there are no option to “Confirm” the absence request.Please advice ! *Screenshot removed* Regards,Nuwanthika 

In our system, we have some users that will work in other organization codes when they have done everything they can in their default. This happens at the end of the week. When the users enter in their, all goes well on the result page, except when they reach overtime. Then the result comes in with their default organization code. Is there a place in IFS to make it so over time’s code is the org code they are clocked in as at that time? We try to just change the result but it says you can’t change entry’s that are  balance types. 

Hi,My Client company has 9 different Branches and there can be instance where the customer wants to declare a “company holiday” for “one particular branch” without effecting it for other 8 branches. In the Employee calendar the date needs to be marked as a “Off day”.My Question is - What is the best solution to accommodate this request without creating Nine different holiday calendars and adding different substitute schedules?  Thanks in advance !Regards,Nuwanthika

we need to have EOS calculation in payroll to be based on 30 days monthly (fixed) and not on actual number of days per month. How it can be adjusted on wages and payroll parameters.We are using IFS10 UPD11thank you.

We have been in a brand new IFSAPP10 for 2 weeks now.The overtime automatic balance calculation does not work in PRD but worked and still works fine in PPR?????? Eventhough, I have   I have compared the above between PPR and PRD and everything is the same! Any suggestions?

Hi,In Time Authorization window, supervisor cannot see the Approve option. Only the Authorization option is available. If supervisor select the Authorization, time registration record is nor getting authorized. It seems that first user will have to Approve the time transaction. But that button is not available. Employees reports time against the projects in my case. Q1. How to enable the Approve button? Q2. Can't we have only the Authorization without having Approve option?  Regards,MalinG
