we are facing the following issue which I can't get set in IFS.
Absences are recorded in hours. The employee has a half day absence on one day, which equals 4 hours. This can also be requested and is also taken into account on the time card day.
Now the employee records his time for the rest of the day, if he is working 4 hours the calculation is correct, 4h absence, 4 hours working time.
But if the employee works 5 hours on the day, then not one hour of flextime is calculated, but the absence is reduced to 3 hours. The absence should not be changed and the one hour should increase the balance of the flextime.
Is this possible, if so how must this be set? I have tried many different things using the Absence parameters, but I am not getting anywhere. Can you help?
