Hi,
Yes we have experienced it when refreshing from a detailed page. For example if you press button IN and in that window do a refresh you end up in a 404 error. It´s because you can only refresh from start page.
To refresh you need to remove the two last words and then refresh
We have reported this in case CS0150692
