Hi All,
We have an issue in time reporting against work task in my timecard. When user enters time in my time card against work task then hours reported are not getting reflected in Job hours immediately. Hours reported shows as remaining hours. (It takes at least a day to update job hours) Due to this user enters hours multiple times.
Could this due to large number of users entering time simultaneously?
We are using IFS Cloud 22R2

If you are referring to the ‘job hours’ in the time card not updating immediately then that is not standard behaviour and I would raise a support case for it. When you log hours whether it it to a project, work order the job hours on saving should reflect the hours that have been added.
You could in the interim test it by using one of your internal test environments and log hours on one employee record through a work task and see if it immediately updates.
