 I’m trying to upgrade a customer environment to 24.1.0. All is well until I get to create the topic environment. I’ve tried that step twice and everytime the environment creation failed.The strange thing about this is that there’s no obvious error in ifs_ant_generateddb log file. Every time the process seems to be killed during code generation (every time the piece of code generated was different).I’m wondering if there’s anyone experiencing the same weird behaviour?On the 10th of June it failed when trying to generate the code for ObjectPhysicalCountHistory.clientOn the 11th of June it failed when trying to generate the code for PartCostBucketVariance.client

There seems to be an inconsistency with how wildcards are handled in LOV (List of Values) searches. Currently, wildcard searches using characters like "%" don't work correctly for LOV fields containing only numeric values. The system should handle numeric LOV fields in Search just like it handles regular table fields in Search/Filter, allowing wildcard searches for better filtering options.

APPs10UPD17, I have a couple of custom events type e-mail, plsql block and some times the system works fine and sometimes not.This is the message I get in Notifications:Mail address 'To' field is not specifiedI thought the problem was in the custom event but I realized that it happens with other events too.I’m getting the same error even with Foundation cleanup process.  

Hi, is it possible to fill quick report parameters with lobby parameters in IFS Cloud? The scenario is that we have a lobby element (Linked list) and when the user presses the link they are redirected to the quick report. However, I’m not able to automatically fill the needed parameters for the quick report based on the parameters from the lobby. Is this possible?  Best regardsJonas

We have an situation where the end-user get an exception that the query used more than 300 seconds.  After this the database session goes into wait event SQL*Net Message from client. Then after a while it ends up with wait event PGA Memory operation. Why dosn’t the database session get terminated or an cancel query issued when the client call is terminated? Is it a bug in IFS 23r2 causing this behavior ? Also can anyone explain the difference between this two time outs that are possible to set in the odata pods?

Have anyone done a modification on sort order in a standard report, for example Shipment Packing List? We would like to sort the rows differently than standard. Do we have to make adjustment in the RPI package or can this be done in a configuration?  

Hi,I am trying to migrate data into Aps10 Upd10 using csv as input file. The data has newlines, tabs and some special characters like £,€,©,º,≠,≈When the data has newlines, the CREATE_TABLE_FROM_FILE job reads it as the next record. I have to remove the newlines from the data if i have to load them correctly. Is there a solution for this so that i can retain the newlines in the data? Also if the data has special characters like º,≠,≈ , then the csv file doesn’t display them properly. Hence when I load the data into IC table, it replaces these characters with ‘?’.Some of the character do work fine like £,€ . Is there any list of special characters that is not supported when using csv migration? Kindly guide.

Hello,We are using IFS Cloud 23R1 SU3. Once we Transfer a work assignment to mobile and when we try to update the status from Cloud, it throws the below validation. Is there a way we can update the status from Cloud so the Dispatcher or Manager can manually change the status?In the below example, the work assignment is in the ‘Pending Completion’ status and we are trying to update it to ‘Work Started’ or ‘Incomplete’.Please let me know.Kind RegardsPriyanka Cecilia

Hi, In App9 IEE, we have a customer requirement to limit access to marked Customer (Customer Order/Line/Invoice) related information for session user.so that only designated users will have access to that information.The standard Field ‘Form of business’ at Customer window will be used in combine with access check (User without New permission set ABC_ACCESS granted) will prevent users to access Customer with ‘Form of business’ = ‘ABC’.I would like to hear your inputs regarding the technical feasibility of the suggested solution OR there could be another approach to limit access to specific data related to Customer. Thank you!   Set up basic data for ‘Form of business’.

Hello everyone, strange thing is happening to me today.Using ifs report designer, I have 2 custom fields on the IVC report which are subject to a condition :tns:CUSTOMER_ORDER_IVC_REP/tns:INVOICE_TYPE ='CUSTORDDEB'This condition core from ifs report designer and is also on the title, so I just re-used the same syntax for those 2 custom fields. Suddenly this morning, the 2 custom fields didn’t showed up anymore on customer order ivc deb reports.The other fields (the title for instance) is still working and showing correctly when users use preview or print in ifs cloud.Is there any reason it can happen like that without any others changes we made ? More strange : I removed the condition, the 2 custom appears again (which is normal). How to handle customisation of Deploy.ini file in IFS Cloud

APPSv10 UPD 20Windows Server 2019 (CPU: 2x2.10GHz, 4 virtual sockets, RAM: 48Gb)We are lining up to apply Update 23 and just preparing the application instructions, I find the usual warning regarding available resource is in place and that if memory is not sufficient, that this could impair the patch application process.It got me thinking about the process of starting the Managed Servers. Whenever we start the Managed Servers after a hardware reboot, or where we needed to restart the IFS system for whatever reason, the CPU always maxes out at 100% for a good few minutes, perhaps 5 mins, then a slight drop to then run again at 100% for a few minutes. I appreciate this is not a RAM concern, but….This in my experience seems to be normal behaviour, and occurs across both our Production and Test systems. We have following problem with a workflow which does not trigger from a mobile app.We created an event on the ReceiptInfo table (on change of rowstate) If we do a receipt in Aurena / Wadaco in the browser The event triggers  The workflow triggers.When we use for example the SCANIT app to do a receiptWe see the event triggers  But the workflow does not trigger? We have set the workflow as async so wondering how we can debug it and how the workflows work together with the mobile apps?  Strange thing is that the custom_event nicely triggers, but not the workflow. @Tharu / @Buddhi Gunasekara / @kamnlk 

Just wondering if we have a number of LTU users, are these easily turned into full license users (if license limit is not reached yet). So Donald is now an LTU user, but tomorrow will be a full license user due to change in career path.Likewise, is it possible to turn a full license user into an LTU user?
