A customer is encountering an error when using the “Customer Statement Of Account” window in cloud 23R1. 

 

After selecting the options for the report run a print dialog pops up showing a list of result keys as shown:

 

 

We select “All” and click “OK”. The debugger shows that it often (not always) misses one of the highlighted rows and instead sends one of the other id’s twice. I have included an example from latest run below.

 

Is this a known issue with the client not multi selecting the records correctly? Is it a browser issue with a known fix?

The debugger shows it missed 14881, and sent 14882 twice to the backend
