Dears,
I create a report rule to customer invoice print
but when I try choose the action I can not see the crystal layouts to choose it (we use crystal layout with this report and I add a new layout to another site)
I found the answer of my question but I have another issue now
when I try to print the layout name is showing but not print, I found this error in print manager:
Crystal Web Service Instance(s) are incorrectly configured or not reachable. Please contact your system administrator.
Is there something missing?

Is logging enabled for Crystal Web Service Instance (CWS) and set to High while you are diagnosing this issue?
Can you please provide the error details from the CWS log?
