PL/SQL Access Provider is RED due to Certificate validation failure

When execute "SELECT utl_http.request((SELECT value FROM TOSO_APP.PLSQLAP_ENVIRONMENT_TAB t WHERE t.name = 'CONN_STR') || '?test=true') FROM dual;” query above error generates

If you are on Apps10 UPD7 (ish) or higher the plap cert is not used. If you are on lower UPD - update! :)

@hhanse : we are on APP10 UPD9. If the cert is not the issue, what can be the issue?

Checked some old mails - seems the cert plap was deprecated in UPD5

If outbound connect integrations works then ignore the  “RED ” in monitoring console.

if i remember correctly the monitoring entry was not removed even if the connect architecture was changed.

I would say these KBA’s only apply on Apps10 UPD4 and earlier.
In UPD5 the connection between db and middle tier changed completely and some old plap api procedures stopped working, but was not properly removed from the code.

But this is not red in other environments which are on higher versions as well
