SInce upgrading to Apps 10 last year many users are receiving this warning message when multiple screens are open within the same session.
IFS Enterprise Explorer is consuming lots of resources. This could be due to many IFS Enterprise Explorer windows opened and/or a too large Page Cache. Please close one or more of IFS Enterprise Explorer windows or lower the Page Cache size (Options dialog/Advanced).
We have tried clearing the online cache as well as decreasing the number of page caches to keep in memory but we still cannot seem to resolve this issue.
Was on the phone with the user when this happened, she was attempting to zoom into a field (she had 2 windows open) she was able to close the message, close 1 window of the 2 she had open and then was able to proceed.
Once she had 2 windows open again she tried doing the exact same thing (zoom into the field) but this time no message; then with 3 windows open tried it again (zoom into the field) and still no message so my deduction is that the root cause may not be related to page cache .
Anyone in the community find a fix to this ?
