After upgrading from 23R1 to 23R2 SU8 our FTP routing rule to an external vendor no longer works. Application messages is showing an error message “No valid routing rule found” 

The routing rule does not look like it’s changed and it’s been working for a long time.

I’m wondering if it has anything to do with the server now requiring https. Could that have changed the known hosts file?
