I am trying to use the conditional formatting that was (re)introduced with IFS Cloud 24R1.In the documentation it is stated that there are 3 levels where formatting can be used:Conditional formatting can be defined atUser level Configuration level Developer levelhttps://docs.ifs.com/techdocs/24r1/060_development/022_user_interface/030_aurena_dev/130_aurena_component_reference/120_client_controls/conditional_formatting/ I understand level 1 and 3, but what is meant by configuration level? There is nothing more stated in the help text other than there is a configuration level. there is no examples etc.What I really want to know is how to create conditional formatting and publish it to all users.In Enterprise explorer this was managed with base profiles. ​​​​​​​I have yet not found any way to do the same in IFS cloud

In the build place is there a way to change the deployment model? I need it changed from Remote > Cloud.

Hello, I want to create 3 new fields on the master part.Field 1 will be a list of values which I will create in an enumeration.What I would like to do is only display the values in field 2 depending on the value selected in field 1.Also, the values listed in field 3 depends on the values in field 2. How do I go about creating the links for field 2 and field 3 please. Thanks

Hi All,Have you applied 24R2 Release Update and was it successful?I got lots of questions from the customer regarding ‘failure’ scenario.Example: Assume we intend to apply 24R2 RU to CFG.1.What will happen if something goes wrong in CFG where specially data deletions owing to some kind of table changes from RnD? I know this is a possibility and RU will have necessary scripts to transfer data to new tables but for the sake of argument, would like to present this scenario as well.2.Is it possible to rollback a RU after applying to a single environment and fully reinstate the environment (for example CFG) to previous state?3.How long will it take to reinstate to the previous state ( in our case 24R1 SU5)?4.Does IFS recommend a database backup before a Release Update?

Looking for a way to have a section stay un-collapsed within a dialog box. When user reports time from the work assignment team they keep forgetting the demand line no because the section is collapsed. we want to make the field mandatory if possible and keep the section uncollapsed at all times. Is it possible ?

Hi all,We’re on Cloud 23.2.0I have added a new persistent field “Task Chargeable” in the entity - JtTask and it works fine on the below page (Work Task Debrief page on Tech Portal). The system saves the change of value on the field correctly.  But when I add the same group (WORK TASK REPORT IN GROUP) to the main page, and when I try to toggle the value, it doesn’t save the changes. But any other field in the same group if I change the value it saves. Does anyone know why it doesn’t save the value changes? Thanks.  

Hi,We've encountered an issue within Workflow User Form, specifically in the header and labels, where using locales other than 'en', it does not seem to work as expected. We're trying to implement Norwegian language support, and we've used the standard locale code 'no' for Norwegian. However, the resulting dialog does not display in Norwegian as it should.We've attempted the following configuration in the Workflow User Form:  Despite this setup, the dialog with Norwegian language selected, the Workflow User Form appears as follows:Are 'en' for English and 'no' for Norwegian the correct locale codes for the header and labels in a Workflow User Form? Has anyone else experienced this issue, or is there a different approach we should be taking? Any insights or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Hi workflow experts,I have configured a workflow with a IFS REST Call. When I get an error response, I want to show the exact error I see from POSTMAN(body of the response). However , currently it shows the main error code 500 but does not show the embedded error ‘[422] Unprocessable Entity’.Any thoughts on how to show full error message to the user?IFS ErrorPOSTMAN error  

Hi,In the App9, we are getting the below error occasionally when printing the report. "Exception : ORA-20105: requestFormatting: GENREPORTIO:Could not generate report: pos;TRANS_ERROR:Failed transforming report data : pos;org.w3c.dom.DOMException: The given node (type: 1, name: g) was not created by the current document.pos;pos;"  if we restart the faulty line in the Print Manager, it works.Any idea on solving this error? Thanks!Dilka

Hi everyone,Is it possible (with IFS Developer Studio) to create LOV not displaying ID (key), only description?On below screen there is blue marked ID and red marked Description.I’d like only description visible to user and ID only save to DBLOV code in .client file looks like below  lov CustomerIdRef with CCustomerInfoSelector2 {      description = "${CustomerIdRef.Name}";   }This is simple example based on CustomerInfo  but in real i have dictionary with ugly keys (GUID) and i do not want to show it to users :)I think i need LOV instead for example Lookup because i need to filter LOV2 based on choosen value from LOV1.Thanks

Hi Team,I have a customer who gets an error message when try to open any attachments in TST environment. This error message occurs only for one User and not for other users in same IFS App10 window. Dear Team,I am currently working on invoking a REST endpoint via REST SENDER1 for an APPS 10 customer. However, the application message consistently remains in the "Waiting" state, and the following error is generated:Exception while sending data Caused by: java.net.ConnectException: Connection timed out: connect The customer is operating on UPD Level 20. I have reviewed several related posts in the community and followed the suggested steps, including manually suspending and restarting the application message, but without success.This issue occurs for both the event action type "REST Call" and when invoked via the plsql_rest_sender_API.I would appreciate any guidance or suggestions on how to resolve this issue.Thank you in advance for your assistance.Best regards,Nija

Hello Everyone,I created an IAL using the IFS Object page in IFS Cloud and granted access to IFSPRINT. I added a field from this IAL to a Crystal Report. When I preview the report in Crystal Reports, all values are displayed correctly. Cloud 24R1: We get an error when we add an user to an user group in AD. Still the user is in IFS added to the user group.  Steps taken:create a new user in AD and sync to IFS → works greatcreate a new user group in AD and sync to IFS → works greatAdd the user to user group in AD and sync to IFS → in IFS the user is added to the user group but in AD we get and error message:StatusCode: InternalServerError Message: Processing of the HTTP request resulted in an exception. Please see the HTTP response returned by the 'Response' property of this exception for details. Web Response: {"schemas":["urn:ietf:params:scim:api:messages:2.0:Error"],"detail":"null","status":"500"}. This operation was retried 1 times. Hello,Is there a way to change the filename of the operational report that is generated and downloaded in the browser?I need the filename to be generated using the values of Operational report parameters that user will enter while running the report from IFS.Best regards,  Laura
