Added Translation Not Showing/Working Even After Cache Refresh In IFS Cloud

After editing/changing a translation for a custom attribute and refreshing the language cache, the translation still doesn't show up in the client. It may take several hours to appear.

Issues when creating fields with leading spaces and special characters

Hi all 😊,Below is related to a customer issue with regard to the include of certain characters and spaces in fields. Would you kindly provide your insights and feedback on this matter? Your expertise and perspective would be greatly appreciated.I did some further investigation and found that a “System Parameter” is provided to limit the use of special characters in Key fields…By default, the “Space” character is not include in this system parameter. As such, space characters should currently be usable anywhere within a key field.I tried editing this System Parameter to include a space character, and then created a new Customer which included a space within it's ID. Unfortunately, the system parameter didn't seem to have any effect at all. I was still able to create a Customer with a space character in it's ID field.In fact, this test revealed a further issue whereby Customers can be created with IDs containing any of the characters listed in this System Parameter (i.e. Aurena doesn't

Manual Supplier Invoice Matching Issue

Hi all, I have a issue on manual supplier invoice page. I have a PO that was received to inventory and than the purchased materials was issued in a shop order. After this process, I would like to enter related invoice and I did this steps;PO ref. and other mandatory fields have been entered on the page. As a next step, (+) icon has been clicked below, and than clicked RM on the line to get Match PO Receipts per Line menu.As you know a pop up has opened which Post from Puchase Order in order to match PO receipts. My expectation was to see the lines related with the po, however the page come emty.I have wondered if the invoice has entered I have checked the po on Invoiced Purchases tab on Supplier 360 view page, but I could not see it.What could be reason? Which point could I missed?ThanksOzge

Navigator Designer

I want to create a new context for our maintenance personnel. The navigator in the new context will have only the Maintenance menu items and nothing else. I found that if I hide (delete) the Parent items in the Navigator designer the Parent items are no longer searchable, but child Items are. There are about 2800 total items (or nodes) available in the Navigator. Is there a fast or easy way to hide almost all of them without having to click on each and every one?

Customer Order Line Reservation Issue

Hi all, I have a problem; there is a customer order line has picked qty>0 with picked state but reserved qty is zero. For that reason I would like to reserve the customer order line on manual reservation for the customer order line page. There is enough available qty on inventory part in stock page however manual reservation for the customer order line page comes empty in details tab.So I can not reserve the order line, what could be reason? In addition info;The available stocks are in a location that location type is shipment.The line has a problem that "The line could not be reserved. The part is not available" on Handle customer order shortages page. ThanksOzge

Error or Warning? - Base method should be overridden and not overtaken - inconsistency?

I get this error: However, a co-worker of mine can get it deployed to the same system, as it is only a warning for him in the editor:How could I get it deployed?It is Cloud 23R2 SU3.Both of us have this version:IFS Developer Studio 23.2.9781 (Build 2024-02-26 05:33)I even deleted the ‘cache’ dir on the disk. Page Designer - Command - cannot write condition for Enabled field

Hi All, Does anyone has any ideas why on the Print Invoice command there’s no possibility to write a condition on when that command should be visible?In the below screenshot you see that for Print Invoice command, the enabled field is a checkbox only whereas for the Reprint Original Duplicate command, the Enabled field also supports conditions.Current environment is 23R2.2. And I’m pretty sure this has changed from previous releases. In 22R2 I could write a condition in the Print Invoice command to only show for Invoices in status Preliminary.

Custom Fields on reports not being updated

Hello, I have created a handful of custom fields (type read-only) that I have included in operational reports. For example, I have balance due and customer PO fields on the collective invoice form. There is an issue where, if someone has a customer order that gets invoiced into a collective invoice, but changes their PO, when the collective invoice is first printed off originally, the PO comes up as the updated PO but the balance due is zero, even though the balance due is pulling the open amount. (SELECT OPEN_AMOUNT FROM LEDGER_ITEM_CU_DET_QRY WHERE LEDGER_ITEM_ID= :INVOICE_NO) When we reprint modified the collective invoice form, the PO gets changed to the old PO value and the balance due field becomes the correct, up to date, value. Has anyone encountered this before? Does anyone know what the correct approach is? This seems like some history tracking issue that collective invoices and customer statements of accounts encounter (same error on statements). I’ve checked the custom fie

Connection timeout during the import operation process at Boomi connector's setting

Hi,I work at Boomi's Japanese subsidiary, assisting Japanese business partners. Currently our Japanese business partner is using Boomi's IFS partner connector to validate their connection to IFS Cloud 23R2.When using Boomi Atom Cloud, it works well, but when using their on-premise Atom, they are getting the following error in the Import Operation process.I just asked them to verify that their network firewall white list’s settings cover the following and waiting for their answer.Host names and IP addresses for the Boomi platform | Boomi Documentationbut I would appreciate your advice on what additional investigation I should do to clarify the root cause.Thank you in advance.
