​@paguin what type of access do you need?

Some access that comes to mind

• IFS Buildplace - the customer can add new users using the self service form buildplace mgmt in the support portal
• Access to useplaces (CFG / UAT / PROD) - this is again granted by the customer’s IT team
• access to support.ifs.com - to log issues/bugs on behalf of the customer - this is done by IFS but request should come from the customer

thanks for your reply.

I have access on Build place. on userplace/cfg (on IFS Cloud hosted environment) does customer IT team add partner users or its IFS who adds these users. Also are these users counted in total license count? I guess license count is only for Production environment. Kindly advise
