Request to Customize Report Output File Name

Is it possible to get the report output with a specific name while printing and downloading? Currently, I have noticed that the file is generated with random numbers. We would like to make it more meaningful — for example, for Customer Orders or Purchase Orders, it would be helpful if the report name could include the CO or PO number. Please share if there are any suggestions or best practices for implementing this.

​@ascheeka12 one way to pull this off would be to create a report rule with an action Check In To DocMan. This way after PO is printed, it will be attached as Attachment to PO and with the report rule action you can control the filename of the PDF that will be attached to the PO.

I don’t think there’s any setting to otherwise configure the filename of the printed report.
