Hi,
Do you find a solution to this problem? I also have a problem with lobby element that they don’t show number but when I enter them there is data:
I was wondering if you already have some solution.
Hi
Unfortunately, not yet. However, in your case, it seems to be a different issue. My request concerns link elements where the headings and other content are present, but the result next to them is not displayed.
In your case, it looks like you have a fundamental data source problem. Are this count elements?
Normally the elements show number and when I enter it I have data like this:
But some have a cross and don’t show any number but when I enter it, there are data they should show. So I asked IT for investigation but I saw your post and thought that maybe you have a solution.
Then your navigation link is working and the data source is also correct.
You should check the “Data” area in the affected lobby elements and verify whether the aggregation (for specific fields or all fields) is correct. this could potentially solve your problem. :)
Hello!
Did you find the answer to this I am experiencing the same issue both in 25R1 (test environment) and in 24R1 (prod environment). The data is there when you click through into the element with no errors and the elements that get the cross are not consistent:
I’m lost on how to fix it!
Hi,
Seems like it’s a permission issue. Check the below thread for more details

Hi
We're experiencing the same issue you're describing - the element returns results, but sometimes just shows an "X" instead. Refreshing the lobby occasionally makes the results appear, but then they disappear again.
We've reported this to IFS as a support case, and were informed the issue will be fixed in 25R1 SU3.
