To ensure the appropriate resources are spent where most users will benefit from improvements, we need to have a way to see the total usage of a page or module in IFS Cloud.

How can that be done today and is there a plan to implement some tools for the system admins to gain this insight?

I assume this is in Remote deployments (not in IFS cloud service).
There is nothing out of the box that do this.
If you install the ifs-monitoring on your MT server, you can view all requests in a self made grafana dashboard. I think the url (or part of the url) can be visualized in a histogram.
