Hello,I have created a custom field in APPS10 to display in AURENA.I added an English and French translation for this field in Enterprise Explorer :  The translation works for Enterprise Explorer but not for AURENA:  Do I need to add an additional setting to apply the translation on the custom field?Thanks for your help! 

How can i give access of Lobies that were developed in  IEEE to Aurena, is there a prefix for lobby pages.

From the approvals menu, using aurena when i am trying to navigate to Object details it is not giving the correct screen.

I have been reading several other topics about the same question I have. I was able to create the Application Server Task (Screenshot 1) and schedule the Database Task (Screenshot 2),When the database task runs the background job the result is positive => Status =(Ready)(Screenshot 3).However, the status for the Application Server Task is (Waiting) Screenshot4- and I do not receive the email.I was wondering if anybody from the community could direct me to the right path to fix the issue.My goal is send the quick report via email. Hi, We have migrated Inventory Parts into a clean database, with the valuation method FIFO. When we migrated stock in they are at zero value. How do we get the Unit cost migrated in? Thanks 

Dear Community,  We would like to retrieve Supplier information from Apps10 with Dell Boomi. We tried to use SupplierHandling projection and we have already found a lot of fields but we couldn’t find how we can retrieve: Communication methods (where communication method is e-mail and it is default)  Delivery terms. If you have any idea how we can achieve this, it would be very helpful. Thank you very much in advance all of your thoughts on that.  Have a nice day!Kind regards, Balazs

Hi all,I am trying to get hold of the Oracle client / database compatibility matrix which I understand is available on the Oracle website. I am looking at upgrading Oracle from 12.2 to 19c and have various peripheral applications that interact with either IFS or Oracle and need to understand what, if anything, I must do to ensure that they function post-upgrade.I cannot currently get access to the required area of the Oracle website as IFS will not tell me my Oracle Support Identifier for the Oracle support I renewed in June and I need this in order to access the document. Any help with this would be very much appreciated. I could do with access to the doc asap as I need to plan the project and understand what’s involved before the new year. I have a ticket in about getting this resolved and have sent emails to various IFS staff but as we approach the Christmas break it is looking less and less likely it will be resolved before many people finish for the year.Kind regardsMatt

The maximum period for the database backup in managed cloud seems to be 14 days. When there is a need to have access to (accidently) deleted Document files for a longer period, would that be possible.It is about the actual files connected to Document Revision(s) when IFS is used as a DMS.

HiI was just wondering if someone could help me. We have some media items which are filling up the database size rapidly. I was just wondering would it be possible to create an Oracle Directory with a file share to export/remove all Media Images from the database? I was thinking this could be some type of Background job that could run nightly. Would this be possible? ThanksGary

Hi,We are trying to push Use Single Sign-on flag ticked by default for all users but cannot see any entries in the base profile for this. Is there a IFS base profile entry, browser settings or window registry where we can use to set this flag to TRUE by default ? We want to push this all users without having to request them to set this flag to each user for themselves.  The Technical documentation says “The setting will be saved in the user settings and will be valid for  all the subsequent logins.” 

Hi,Question is related to BPAI have tried to trigger an ‘User Interaction’ workflow from a ‘child form’ in IFS cloud 21R2. But it gives a server error. I am able to create an ‘User Interaction’ workflow from a 'Parent Form’  successfully. So I'm  sure my workflow is correct. Is this a known limitation for child forms/child tables ?   kind regards,Yashodha.

Dear Community!One of the typical questions arising from time to time is how to request installation files for a Project. This one is related to a customer trying to get from IFS Applications 7.5 to IFS Cloud.That task has to be performed in two steps. The steps are clear.Install a database import the dataupgrade using build_home scriptsto go from 7.5 to 8, 9 or 10 as an example. From there, we can go to cloud based on the technical documentation. Now, I need to know how to request a build_home for an upgrade from 7.5.Do I have to create a case? Whom to address this topic directly?Is there any process documentation on that? I have found non internally. Your assistance is highly appreciated.I guess, we have to create specific LCS cases to request those installation files.  When we have a newer version of IFS installed, than, we can request the rest by using the cloud build place. We are looking at deploying a third party application that also utilizes Oracle as its backend and will need to interact with the IFS applications (Apps 10 UPD6). One suggestion has been to create a new schema within the IFS Oracle database and utilize that schema to host the third party application’s database objects. What considerations should we bear in mind before (and if) we proceed with this approach? The pros of this approach are the ease of integration. But we would like to gather opinions on where this approach may cause any issues with the IFS data hosted in the application owner and IFSINFO schema or where such a design might impede the performance or stability of IFS applications

Hello everyone, I’m trying to update a custom field on a standard logical unit (part catalog), but this custom field is issued from a custom page. My Custom field is “Sous-Catégorie” And this custom field is linked to a custom page with two choices Here are the settings from my excel migration :   I think it follows well the excel migration guideline. But I have an error when I want to update the custom fiel in Excel (by entering a value from the previous custom page)   An idea oh what’s wrong with this ?  I’m able to update custom field with a simple text, but impossible to update a custom field linked to a custom LU or to a custom list (or enumeration ?!) Wishing you a great day :)
