The company which I work for is in the process of implementing IFS at the moment. I am trying to Setup Call Center for use in for logging issues in Aircraft Maintenance. I was wondering if there is a way that the Case ID number can be changed from GLB1XXXXX style to custom ID system such as following example:
G-ALBC-1-001 (Where G-ALBC represents the customers aircraft registration identification, -1 represents the visit number to our company and -001 represents the first case raised and then increases in numerical order)?
