After setting this one option every newly created user has assigned random password.

But how do the user gets to know about the Random password and how does this Random Generated password functionality works ?
Hi, if you are using SSO for authentication, Random Generator is selected .. Actually, the password options are greyed out.
This option only affects database user account. Even if You have configured AD authentication there still db account is needed.
p.s. From IFS Cloud there is no db user account - be aware of it.
