Dear Community!Passwords for IFSAPP, IFSSYS, IFSADMIN and IFSPRINT had been changed on the system. After this, the MainServer tells me the following"fndbasXA_main": ORA-28000: The account is locked Which account is this? As I can see from the DB, no IFS necessary accounts are locked. I already restarted the MainServer and then the whole IFS MWS.No change.Which account is this??? There is no hint for that.Kind regardsTobias

Hi,we are facing with lot of errors with Conditional compilation when using $IF Component_Fisnot_SYS.INSTALLED $THEN NULL;$ENDProgrammers are forgetting to create ELSE branch very often and because is not possible to test it easily (remove that module to test if it works), problems firstly occurs on customer side. Is there some list of “must have” modules in every installation?eg. there is always FNDBAS, ENTERP, … Because for them is unnecessary doing checks.And it means less errors.

 When printing a report we get an error like “Unpredictable runtime error is caught. See the nested exception. Caused by: Java heap space” how can we increase Java heap space hen printing.we are using ifs app 10 update 12  

I have a Lobby page with Customer as one of the page parameters. My Lobby also has an element that jumps to Not Pick Reported Pick List Lines page. I want to jump to that page with filtering of the records using Lobby page’s Customer value.In the element parameters, I have defined the Web URL according to the IFS documentation guideline:page/NotReportedDetailedPickListLines/List;$filter=ReceiverID eq $Customer$Here is the documentation I’m referring to:https://docs.ifs.com/techdocs/Foundation1/045_administration_aurena/220_Configuration/800_lobby/850_lobby_navigation_guidline/default.htmBut when I click the element, it jumps to the correct page but the Customer value is not passed at all. IFS10 added timestamp with dates in several places, that is a problem for our users (currently in IFS8), who download this data into .txt and feed to several other programs they use. we are moving to IFS10-UPD9Is there a quick way I can fix it in the screen itself using advanced sql, conditional formatting, custom field, properties/layout, any settings at system/basic data level that will not slow down the screen tremendously as they download monthly data which could be thousands and thousands of rows.The only other way I can think of is writing a quick report for users dumping this screen with turnc(). and then i am looking at creating several new quick reports that are just mimicking screen minus the timestamp. Does not look very efficinet. any pointers will be hlepful.thanks

Hi,Is it possible to prevent all emails being sent in Apps10? That includes from Statement of Account and from the Print Dialog screen of of Project Invoices etc.(everywhere basically)..

In Apps 10, does PDF_REPORT_CREATED event triggers every time any operational report is printed?I am trying to send an email when Instant Invoice is printed from RMB Print Invoice option in Instant Invoice form, but it is not triggering the event action. Event action is set to ‘enable’.PDF_REPORT_CREATED is connected to PrintJob LU and when printing a document, a Print Job is not created. But record in Report Archive is created. But when I select an emailing option such as Email Order in Purchase Order, it creates a Print Job hence PDF_REPORT_CREATED event is triggered and email is sent out.Thank you.

One of our Customers need to add some Custom fields on a few IFS Cloud screens (Aurena, or Aurena B2B) but looks like it is not possible.I’ve referred this to Supply Chain Product team (via JIRA Project SC Support - Distribution) and they said the mentioned objects and virtuals not entities in the data model. So, they suggested referring this to framework team to see if there is a feature given by the framework to enable custom fields for virtual tables. Can someone from Framework team can advise whether it would be possible to enable custom fields on below objects?- Aurena B2B - we would like to customize Entity QuotationLineVirtual, but is it not on the list of Entities- Aurena - we would like to customize DocumentFileVirtual, but it is not on the list of Entities

Hi, we are trying to set up AD synchronization to a customer’s IFS APPS10. The connection however returns the error Simple bind failed:   Now there is a thread about this we found (Certificate LDAPS for Active Directory IFS 10 | IFS Community), that suggests the following: 1. because SSL is not working.=> We have installed the LDAP server’s certificate on the IFS server and we also followed this document Secured Communication (ifs.com) to install the certificate to a java truststore following the section Importing a certificate to a 3pp java truststore.2. because the password entered is wrong.3. because the port is not open.=> We have tested the connection successfully using Microsoft’s ldp.exe, so the port and credentials are correct.

How do you grant permission for conditional formatting to a user? Is it part of FND_ENDUSER permission set? 

Hi all,App10 upd11.Issue is that when creating a site for a company it allows the save on the site header but when going down to enter extended site info. On the line save it throws up this error for IPR = Inventory Planning and Replenishment. I have recreated the issue in the other 2 environments.The company was created from the source company but not under IFSAPP. Instead a user had created it. Thought this would be the issue so recreated the company under IFSAPP and yet the error still appears.Its not being caused by a customisation so i can only think the SOURCE COMPANY copy is not set up correctly or there is a misconfiguration. The source company does not use IPR anyway.Any ideas, would be appreciated.  

Hi all,I am using PDF_REPORT_CREATED event action to send a mail but it is not fetching values for pdf parameters. I found a workaround from the community community post , it is extract data from the report xml. But if there is any change of order of the tags, the values won’t fetch correctly. So, I’m looking for a suggestion/ solution to get values to pdf parameters. I’m using IFS Apps 10 UPD12.I have attached the current output (body) of the mail from the event.Please let me know if there is any suggestions. Thank you in Advance!

Hi,We use 21R2 on IFS Cloud and try to connect to IFS from business reporter. I installed Business reporter excel add on. When I  imput IFS URL, I have message : client not found.I add IAM user and configure br system parameters.I searched on IFS documenattion but I didn’t find a solution.Is it mandatory to install and  use business reporter server ? If somebody can help me. Regards, Christophe

How can you print labels based quatity recieved. When we recieve a part into inventory from a shop order we have an event that prints a label but we need it to print a label based on the quantity recieved. If QTY 1 recieved then one label prints, if QTY 5 recieved then five labels need to print.Is this possible through an event or RMB menu?Thank you,
