In IFS 7.5 SP6 -Crystal Report we are getting "Error in retrieving the report with parameters and login information from Crystal Web Services"

There could be many problems with reports. First check db object(views, packages) access rights escpecially for IFSINFO user.

I agree with @knepiosko 

Try a blank report - with just hardcoded text objects, but no database objects.  That will tell you whether the problem is database object access.

Recently we got the same error when we trying to view a report (quick report connected with a crystal report) and this might pop up if the user didn’t input all the required parameters to view the report.
