I cannot log it IFS Partner Portal since last Monday. Even I entered correct username and password, below login screen is keep showing.

The Partner Portal as you know it has been decommissioned at the end of June, 2022. Parts of its offering were moved to other partner engagement platforms like Partner Connect, Self-Service-Portal or the IFS Community.
