Hi, I’d like to select all the lines but when I click on the button below, it only selects the default displayed lines (24). There are many other lines that I’d like to select in order to copy and paste somewhere else. I have like hundrers of lines so I would prefer to avoid pressing in select more line in the bottom of the screen until reaching my number as it can take many many clicks to get tot the end thanks for the helpghita 

We are on App10 UPD 10. The question is not only for finance, it is valid all functions in the application.In Aurena when you run a query the list of result is filtered and only show the first 20-25 rows.To see more we have to scroll down select see more, and do that over and over again.How can we get Aurena to show all results in one go instead? 

I am trying to get an average of the number of users logged on at any one time but struggling a bit.Noticed in the administrator lobby there is an element that counts current users but when i try to query that view I get no results. select * from FND_CLIENT_LOGON Can anyone suggest a way?

Hi community,We are using App9.We have a issue related to custom fields are not showing in the page layout when navigating from a lobby. This seems to be taking the standard layout.But, if the same user navigate to the page from Navigator, the custom fields are showing with custom layout.What could be the reason for this?ThanksGayan

How to delay the expiration of Application Messages in APP10? Would there be any undesirable consequences of doing this?(requested on behalf of user)

You can remove the content, but I can’t find a way to remove the configuration itself.Is it possible? CheersTommy

Community, we have couple migration job scheduled running every night. and then using IFS SFTP job to deliver the file to remote FTP folder. But recently we realized the SFTP job failed every time. please see the screenshot attached.We tried to have the SFTP job disabled and do manually step by step, it is working well.our file is generated by migration job, and have it kept on DB FTP folder. due to large amount of data, it will take roughly couple minutes to complete one migration job.The most possible reason we could imagine is, when migration job is started, the file is appeared in the folder with 0 bytes. in the meantime,  SFTP job is triggered, thus it is sent with an empty body, and leads to the failed message.wondering anyway we could let the system not send the empty file until the migration job is completed.Thank you.

Hi! Does anyone know a way to edit/delete separate bookmarks in a bookmark group? If you have a bookmark group and want to remove a single bookmark in it, it seems that the only option is to remove the whole group?UPD13 Aurena is the version I have tested with.BR /Eva

Is there a available REST API we can use to authenticate IFS user. Basically give ifs user id and password as basic auth and check user is a valid ifs user or not. I’m using App10 UPD9.

Hello, I would like to know how best to update an existing QFACT ? We have updated the underlying IAL by adding in fields and we now need to add these fields to the existing QFACT.  I thought of : Go into Light items or Measure items of the QFACT (depending whether the field you want to add is text or numeric) and then chose Add New. I cannot see any other area or link that would allow me to add fields. I am not sure if another way exists. Many thanks Sabine 

Hi,I need to modify an information source, however once created there is no option to move it back to draft status so it can be modified or deleted.I have looked in all the info source related pages and can’t find anything.Many thanksRodolfo 

IFS has been set to ‘remember password’ for log in for multiple environments. The user is able to log in by updating the field with the correct password, but it doesn't remember the change the next time they log in and they have to re-enter it again. In addition to that when de-selecting ‘Remember Password’ and logging in and back out, it reverts to remember password and goes back to remembering a previous password, not the newest. Has anyone seen this issue? Any idea of some possible fix?

Hi We are using IFS Apps 8, and when using IE browser IFS opens seamlessly, however with browsers like Chrome it will drop the application manifest file Ifs.Fnd.Explorer to the bottom of the screen and the user then needs to click on this to open IFS.  Is there a way to use newer browsers such as Chrome but ensure the manifest file isn’t downloaded but users are taken straight to the login page? Any guidance would be appreciated Regards Shaun

Recent pages wouldn't open in full screen and when minimized they turn black.Any suggestions ?

Hi all,  I have a customer order that has two charge lines.  Only one the top charge type is appearing on the Invoice operational report. I am using the stock IFS fields for the Charge_type and Charge_Description on my report. Is there a way for me to show both on the customer invoice report? Thanks,  Eli Williams

Can someone guide me on deleting a lobby that was accidentally imported twice?

HiWe are currently in the progress of upgrading from Apps 8 to Apps 10. In Apps 8 we have a customisation which sends the mobile engineers a SMS when a work order is assigned to them via IFS MWOThe solution calls command_sys.send_sms_message() which is obsolete in Apps 10. Is there a workaround to allow this functionality in Apps 10?RegardsShaun

Hi, We are moving to Aurena from EE - Apps 10 UPD12. Our environment is cloud hosted by IFS.We traditionally send supervisors to the absence calendar when reviewing an anuual leave request.We have found if we link to the year view, the current month is “Selected” in some way and is greyed so you can’t see any leave in that month.If we send to the month view, when the manager clicks on a confirmed leave, the visible button in the dialog is “Cancel Confirmation” when it would make more sence for it to be “Approve” which we can access by clicking the 3 dots.When you click on Confirmed Leave.Is there a way we can  adjust the order of the buttons so that the Approve option shows as a button?We don’t give supervisors the “Cancel Confirmation” action anyway but the button is still there.

HiI want to configure IFS9 with proxy server to expose b2b/b2e URL to internet.So I created new domain: pp.nazwa.pl with redirection on proxy server to application server(SSL Offloading HTTPS -> Proxy -> HTTP).On proxy trusted certificate was uploaded. Everything works fine beside two our customizations which make connection to outside https URL(https://aaa.pl and https://bbb.pl) and get data.What I did:IFS9 reconfiguration done.
