Notification issue

Hi,

 

Im having an issue that in cloud, notification bell icon showing as there are new notifications. But, the icon is clicked, the pane is blank and notifications cannot be seen, What would be the reason for this issue?

 

  1. New notifications exists

 

  1. When clicked, the pane is blank

 

All the filters are also checked.

 

Cant figure out the reason. can someone please help?

Hi,

It looks like it is some old notifications stayed , which is not visible any more. Maybe try to delete history and temporary files in your browser and relogin application. Maybe it helps.
