We have a lot of saved searches in our system, however they all seem to be tied to the user who created them. In order to get them out to people we are sending them from the saved search menu which appears in a users notifications.
Is there a better way to get out to people in mass. Ideally, I’d like to “publish” them out so that anyone can use them.
We are using Apps 10.
Any help is greatly appreciated.

Hi @mfrejik,
You can find the saved searches in the profile of the user under Windows → Application Data → Search in the profile content tree.
You can find saved searches for each and every form here as they are grouped by the form name. You can either copy all of them at once by copying the “search” node altogether or only the ones you need by selecting the specific saved search or the form.
You can RMB on the relevant node and use the “Copy Values to Profiles” option to copy them to a profile of your choice. Then they will appear for the relevant users. If you copy to a base profile, all the users who have that base profile will get the copied saved searches. So you don’t have to copy them to personal profiles of individual users.
You cannot publish the saved searches for anyone to access though like you have mentioned.
