What would be a way to go forward if a customer works in multiple languages and enters the description in, for example, English and there should be a French, German and Spanish description.

Up to now I would say, they have to manually translate or use copy/paste via a web translation service.

Is there a method that you can think of?

Steve

Hi,
if you want to do some complex translation, I think you will have to use some 3rd party API, eg. Cloud Translation  |  Google Cloud - RestAPI is available and price per milion characters is not soo high.
(but there is many alternatives.. .language translator api )

InfFilipV,

I think that you are right. I will mention this type of setting to customer. Is likely an event (mulitple per field) if this takes place).

It is up to them if how they want to implement it. Google translator is ok, customer is Microsoft minded, but I've noticed they have such a service as well.

Thanks for thinking with me,

Steve
