Is there a way to import and export Lobbies and lobby elements using something similar to the Application Configuration Package? I am able to export the element and datasource file but not sure how I can move this to PROD easily.

Dear experts,for EDI mapping we need xsd files. I tried the “IFS Interface Browser” but the files are empty. For example the message SEND_INVOICE. Where can I get such files?

In IFSAPPS 10, we could grant a permission set to a user group But this is not possible in the IFS cloud. Is there any alternative to achieving the same? Is there an estimated date to have this in the IFS cloud? 

We have got an issue after and upgrade from 22r1 to 22r2. It seems to be a bug in the framework but as we don’t have access to any bug database I’ll try to raise the question here. We have an out bound message goin out true ifs connect with http sender and a soap action added wit : (ex urn:test:test2:tes3:v1/test) this was working fine in 22r1. In 22r2 it has been introduced new way of authenication in the http sender where you can use non,basic…. What we see is inside the table fndcn_address_label_tab and column address_data_2 the data has change inside here:In 22r1 it contains only the soap action like thisurn:test:test2:tes3:v1/testin 22r2 it has been added more data into this and now it looks like thisAuthenticationMethod=None:SoapAction=urn:test:test2:tes3:v1/test In 22r2 when ifs connect process the message we get this exceptionExecutionException from Sender threadCaused by: ifs.f

Hi, we have several columns not properly translated.ex: in Manual Supplier InvoiceWe want to change “Montant net” in “Montant HT”When i go to “Text Translation”:I searched for this logical unit, found what seems to be this column and translated. It did not work. So i lost patience, I searched for all “Montant net” within IFS without restriction and replaced all of them by “Montant HT”, I refreshed all the cache: Language, Dictionary, Reference … I restarted IFS, but nothing changed in the screen… What else has to be done ???I’m using APP10 upd13.

We have been archiving some Application Messages to the Application Message Archive, using an example of Database Task Chains (‘Manage Application Messages’) that exists. That all works. At one point I thought there was an example of a Chain Step to purge data from the Application Message Archive, but all I find now are statistics and message cleanup tasks.I do not find table FNDCN_MSG_ARCHIVE_TAB referenced in ARCHIVE.API.   Is there a task or am I forced to go the Data Management / Data Archive approach? 

Hi all, After applied update 16, the check-marked option when opening posting proposals was changed from “I’m Next Authorizer”  to  “All”. Previously it worked fine. If anyone knows, Is there a way to set up this 'I’m Next Authorizor'  as default when opening the posting proposal window again?Is this code level change or function level change?  Thank you Sara

Hello,I created a report designer layout with some data and logo in header. My requirement to display image from a database table. So I wrote the query in SQL Query Statement field as shown in Picture below and passing tns:IMAGE_NO bind variable. When I previewed the report in designer tool or in IFS Application, Logo is not printing in the report. But when I pass hard code value in bind variable instead of tns:IMAGE_NO, the report is printing the logo properly. I checked that tns:IMAGE_NO element is printing the value in report. But when I pass it as bind variable to display the logo, it is not working.IFS Application Version: IFS 10 UPD13Report Designer Tool Version : 200.2.0000

I have a Quick Report that Groups By dollar columns, then does a UNION to total those $$$ columns. It has a join column from another table (btl.amount), keying on primary keys/columns.The challenge I’m running into is that, on the UNION SQL, I’m joining to a table to get that single $$$ column’s total (SUM(btl.amount)). Since the join is not at the detail level of each main table’s rows, it’s overstating the SUM() total $$$. I am looking for options for setting global column settings for all users for the same screen.  For instance, in Register Arrivals, I want the same 5 columns showing in the same order for all users.Is there a way to set this globally or do I have to do this for every user individually (about 50)?We are trying to standardize for training and consistency purposes.

I have tried formatting the API with TO_CHAR but no luck. We have a user that noticed a link at the header of the page. He is not aware how this got there and would like it removed. I also am not sure how/why it is showing unintentionally. I would like to know how to remove it if anyone has any suggestions? Thanks in advance!

Hello all! I’d like to ask you about one problem i have. I’m trying to make new schedueled task which will automaticly make an excel type of file and save it in web folder or send it via email to choosen people. The task is not important in a sence of actual data. It could be information about customers, or some salses analytics, but the road from a task to a correct (and working) scheduele is needed. I looked and ad-hoc reporting in Foundation 1 Instruction from IFS but it was hard for me to completly understand its contents. It would be best if the task is send each week in set hour and format of a saved file was .xlsx or .csv.IF someone can send some screenshots of properly set tasks and scheduele for them or some other, easy to read instructions it would be a great help!

We would have need to fetch data from Call Center cases, for internal customers → Page where general user could only see the case information on read-only without having to grant whole call center projection and all those multiple pages. I have three custom fields all built the exact same - Product Category, Product Sub-Category, and Product Brand. Each of these are reference fields that point to a separate Custom Entity.
