Our client which establish IFS Cloud expects us to use RESTAPI which has BizAPI [ReceiveCustomerSchedule] functionality. Is there anyone who know how to convert from BizAPI [ReceiveCustomerSchedule] to RESTAPI in IFS Cloud ? Previously, client was using Soap Gateway to import XML file which has BizAPI [ReceiveCustomerSchedule] information by sending from external system.

How could i give reading acces to an object please !

I’ve created BizAPI and custom API for import XML file. The custom API will call Register PO Receive standard procedure (ex. Receive_Purchase_Order_API.Packed_Arrival__). After I put the XML file in filerep1\<instance>\in folder, the file is imported correctly. But the custom API raise error “Error: ORA-06508: PL/SQL: could not find program unit being called” when call other module’s standard procedure. I’ve tried re-execute the same procedure which is called in custom API via PL/SQL command with different users (ifsapp, ifsconnect, granted users), the error is not found and can be processed correctly. Could you please suggest me to resolve this problem correctly?

Goal: move a method listed in the Default queue to a newly created batch queue. Create a new batch queue for example “Customer Order”I want to move the method “CUSTOMER_ORDER_INV_HEAD_API.PRINT_INVOICES” listed in the Default batch queue to the batch queue “Customer Order”.I cannot find the above method when I try to move/assign the method to the new batch queue. Please let me know if I am missing a step or workaround to complete this task.

Hi Everyone,With IFS Cloud on managed cloud, is it possible to ask support to clone UAT to PRD ?We will need it to initialize PRD.Regards, Christophe

I hope someone can help because I’m about at my wits end. I have unresolved references in several report layouts but they have never been significant until a custom field required for sorting the report shows up on this list. After a pile of searching, I saw in the Release Notes for v200.3 that mentioned this bug  was fixed back in 80.02.1818 and again in 200.2.0001? We have been using v100.x.xxxx - I assure you the bug is in this version. I don’t know how IFS can claim this problem was resolved as late as October 31, 2023.I am not sure what to think about 200.3. The first big flag was an invalid certificate dialog that requires the user to accept or reject. I could not move forward without accepting. I will reach out to our support desk no this.I open the troubled report layout and WHAM! Only 1 of 9 unresolved references are left! I can work with that. My “big test” was to open and close the file over and over until I was satisfied the the references would not return. That .rdl was in

Hello, After the upgrade to 23R1 SU4 I have noticed a strange error when I tried to upload a new logo in Report Images. The .gif file is 35 kb in size, so it’s not too big. Now after that the system won’t even load the data in the screen. It will always show this error message. Also when I debug this, I don’t get any API call in error. https://***-uat.ifs.cloud/main/ifsapplications/projection/v1/ReportImagesHandling.svc/ReportLogoSet?→ I get info on 2 logos and then nothing.Any ideas if this is a bug in 23R1?

I have created external IAM identity provider using Azure AD. Additionaly Azure Proxy is also set. It works perfectly but only for internal URL. Authorization through external Proxy URL does not work.I receive message: Cookie not found. I checked different ways of Advanced options in Azure Proxy settings but without success and browser settings as well. SCIM synchronization via external Proxy URL works fine.Do You have any idea how to resolve this?

Hello Community, has anyone experienced an issue where the Print Agent when started polls once, processes a print job and then hangs?  The logs don’t provide any details on why this occurs.  If I restart the Print Agent, it will poll only once as before and then hang.  I’ve tried using console mode, same issue and no additional information.  I’ve tried restarting the host server, and reinstalling the Print Agent.  Luckily, this is a non-production environment.  All of sudden the Print Agent stopped polling for same reason.Print Agent version: Apps9 Update 16Thanks.

Hello,Is it possible to use a Oracle Database datasource connection instead of IFS Report Data Extension in IFS Cloud?

Is there a reason why when you update the solution set through build place; when you create a delivery it recompiles everything in your customer solution repo.  Is there a way to have it ignore certain customizations?

Lobby Element header titles are cut off and not word wrapping. How do you enable word wrapping for titles?

Dear Community,We had to update the IFS application with a new database connection details. So we deleted the instance using installer and the created a new instance. After creating the new instance i just noticed that the inventory.xml file doesn’t contain record of middleware mws and http oracle homes.I think I need to execute  below scripts to attach Oracle Homes.\\<IFS_HOME>\mw_home\mws\oui\bin\attachHome.cmd\\<IFS_HOME>\mw_home\http\oui\bin\attachHome.cmd Would it be possible to know whether it is normal to not to create those records in inventory.xml when creating a new instance from installer.Do we need to run the scripts to create those missing lines of the inventory.xml after each new instance creation. We would highly appreciate your comments on this.Thank you in Advance.

Our customer (App10 UPD17) wants to install the ifseeextensioninstall.msi package on Terminal Server, but after installation it only works for the installing user, not for the other users. No problem with the Chrome extension itself (https://chromewebstore.google.com/detail/ifs-ee-link-handler/hmnenmeloiaifbhgebbpkiapmjognkio?pli=1), only with the MSI package. What is the recommended procedure?

In Apps10, I am creating a new company for Brazil, and looking at the option to create the company from a template: When searching the LOV for the Template ID, I don’t see STD-BR.Does anyone know if this is a standard template or if you have to use the Global Extension for IFS to get that STD-BR template to create the company? Thanks!
