Hello,
I am attempting to add a custom field to the Accounts - CRM page in IFS Cloud, but there is no entity called CRMCUSTOMER, like the debug console is claiming. Entity configurations, entity pages, etc, none show an entity called CRMCUSTOMER. I also searched the excluded entities list but still nothing is appearing.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

What you should actually look for here is “LU Name”, not “Entity”.
In this case, you should do the Entity Configuration in “CustomerInfo” and add your custom attributes there. “Entity” here actually refers to the projection entity(in OData data model).
I understand this is a bit confusing and it is probably a good idea to rename these fields to avoid confusions.
