/Tax Template Field Control / S089 is missing template field “OUTPUTVATEU” as a Field to select.  But OUTPUTVATEU is within Tax Template Field Control Basic.  Could you advise what might be causing this?

Dear all,Is it possible to recalculate the due date of a customer invoice when it is printed?The due date of an invoice is based on the payment that attached to the customer.When a customer has a payment term that sets the due date to for example 30 days in the future the due date will be set on 31-8 when I create the invoice on 01-08.If I don’t print it that day but for example on 05-08 the due date stays on 31-08.Due to the agreement with the customer the due date must also be set to days after 05-08So 04-09 must be the new due date.How can that be done?

When using column chooser on order lines in the customer order tab I mistakingly deleted all columns. When I right click now, the column chooser option is disabled.   How do I restore the column chooser?   Thanks.

In mistake I created a supplier as One-time supplier and now I can’t final post the supplier invoice. IFS tells me “ the payment plan cannot be authorized because the invoice is not connecte to any one-time address ID”. How to continue?

Hello,The standard rate of VAT in Ireland will be temporarily cut from 23% to 21% as part of the Government July stimulus package .This new 21% rate of VAT will apply from September 1st 2020 until the end of February 2021.We have been trying to figure out how to change this in our IFS setup in a friendly manner that does not involve changing specific parameters on report codes, customers or supplier levels.It make sense that this could be done in the Tax Codes screen shown in my screenshot below, however we are getting an error message.Your advise will be very much appreciated.Many thanks and kind regardsMiguel  

We have launched Supplier Invoice Authorization using Instant Authorisation screens in Apps 10 recently.   We are not yet using POs.  Once Authorisers have completed their authorisation we are unsure what screen to give them access to.  They want to be able to search for their invoices to see current payment status and see a copy of the invoice which is attached as part of the process.The AP Supplier Invoices Analysis has the information they need, but I only want them to have read only to their own invoices and not across the global company.  Is there some way to restrict access to only see their own invoices details?    

We have an issue when trying to report an add investment through a PO. The fixed asset reference is provided. However, results in an error in the Accounting tab of the purchase transaction history “No further acquisition possible for object (Object ID). FA will not be updated” the PO is in the closed status. As a result, the period cannot be closed and transactions remain in the ‘distribution and manufacturing transactions’. Please advise on how this can be corrected.

I am creating a BR where I have a requirement to display the output from an advanced Function Parameter in the report. I am aware that with Simple Parameters, you are able to drag and drop those items onto the report in Design Mode. However, the same is not possible for Function Parameters. How can I display the output from these on the report?

Hi Community Members,   Is there anyone familiar with allocating outbound packing material cost to specific projects or activities? Here’s our case: We purchase outbound packing materials such as crates and boxes, and post the cost from the supplier invoice to a code sting  combination that is always the same. Then we sell products and use the packing materials physically. The sale is recorded to activities in different projects. The problem is that the outbound packing costs do not get allocated to sales activities.   Can anyone open up the options available in IFS Apps 9 to handle this type of cost allocation automatically?   Any help would be much appreciated!   Cheers, Lauri

We are considering to implement a (QR) scanning solution for QR invoices. We want to scan the QR code and automatically fill in the available information into the specific fields. Is there a standard solution for this? Do we have to use a specific interface instead of the data entry screen? Or is there any other easy way of implementing this?

When we perform a consolidation, the elimination amounts from the Intercompany Elimination Rules are booked in consolidated company using Posting Control GCP11. For this posting control, you can either use “fixed value” or ”intercompany Elimination Rule” as Control Type.In the Intercompany Elimination Rules you define the rules on account level. So in Posting Control GCP11, you can on account level state that the elimination amount from a specific Elimination Rule should be booked on a specific account. However, for other code part values (product for example) you do not have this option. Since the Intercompany Elimination Rules are only based on account, and no other code part values, you cannot use GCP11 with “GCC1 - Intercompany Elimination Rules” as control type and are therefore left with using “fixed value”. I am trying to setup one of our environments to do some training with the Credit Card Interface. I have the documentation and have the Routing Address setup with the pilot info.   I’ve setup the Credit Card Gateway just like the documentation but I’m getting a “User Authentication Failed” message when I try to use one of the Credit Card numbers in the documentation.  Has anyone else successfully set this up?    We’re currently on Apps10 UPD6

HelloIs there a way to disable a difference code so it is not available for users to use it in future.we cannot delete it because it is being used historically but with process improvement we are more specific with our naming conventions and don’t want users to accidentally use that old obsolete  code.(UNKNOWN_DIFFERENCE) . we are using IFS8.Thanks
