Hello everyone.I have PM Actions that I create every 3 months. But I would like work orders to occur 1 week before the scheduled or due date.For example PM due date :  31/03/2022Wo Generation date : 23/02/2022So I want WO automatic one week in advance.Thanks for help. 

Good day According to the documentation, the On/Off Shift parameters should influence PSO’s behavior, and along with changed to the Commit Rules in PSO, it should be possible to Un-commit a task if it has net been Accepted at the end of a shift.Currently, it seems that the On/Off Shift parameter on the Person records does not do anything, and does not push to PSO at all. How do I go about setting this up? Is there a setting or a business rule that needs to be updated?Regards,Hannes

Dear Team,Can anyone tell me Is there any possibility to display the attachment in reports.We are trying below steps for displaying the attachments in reports Adding the Customer Signature for a task in mobile. In Report adding Image control, setting the Image source as 'External' in the properties. Fetching attachment path of the signature in query and configuring that in the image. Then uploading the RDLC file in the FSM application and generating the report, but attachment is not coming in the report. We have given the attachment directory app param.   

Hi , I am asking this question related to customer concern Here we have added set lookup navigations to a button to show a lookup popup in smart clientlike shown below (image 1 )Image 1 But customer expecting to select multiple values . But this is showing only value Can you give me any suggestion to achieve this or is it a default behavior of lookup Thanks and Regards Shobana 

This sync issue has different variations. These are random issues. Random users are being affected.  Customer only uses Samsung Active 3 tabs.     Sometimes the tablet displays a red dot on the sync screen, meaning it's been disconnected from the server. Relogging and reinitialization does not resolve the issue, the only way to fix the issue is to reinstall the app from scratch.    Other times, the sync screen will display no activity, the tablet will not sync at all. Currently, we have users sideloading the android app of FSM. We have no ADM/MDM software to manage this. Does anyone have experience or best practices for when requesting an update of the software for users in this scenario?For example, is there a way to send a push message to all users (on a certain software version) that will pop up a message in the app saying ‘A new version is available, click here to update’ and a user can click update, where the download will occur in the background and then ask for installation. After installation, the app reopens and user logs in.I have seen this in ‘other’ sideloaded apps and it works well.

Can we archive based on different data of the table and can we archive based on different subsets like one subset archive based on 20 days and other one based on 2 months.

How are other customers archiving FSM tables. Customer is currently reaching 12M task events. He wants to archive off anything 2 years and older. What are best practices from other customers for archiving FSM tables?

I have a screen which I am hiding a Longtext field via client script in the refresh script with the following:    setControlRequired("c_collected_sample", "reason", false);     setControlVisibility("c_collected_sample", "reason", false); Then I have a list field which has a value changed script attached to it which makes the field required and visible when a certain value is selected via:        setControlVisibility("c_collected_sample", "reason", true);        setControlRequired("c_collected_sample", "reason", true);However, what is happeneing is that the field is being shown but has the word Required in bold (rather than grey) and it cannot be overwritten - any text added is appended.What is also strange is that if I turn the iPhone to landscape and then back to portrait the field goes grey as expected. I have other screens where the above works as expected so can’t see why this is happeneing.The device is an iPhone (iOS 15) and FSM 6 update 17

Hi all, Currently we have a client that has some pretty complex shift requirements. We have tries to generate the shift patterns using requirements and rules, but have not really got close to the shift patterns required. Having looked into background shift generation, it only works on a set amount of days, but this won’t work due to the shift patterns being different lengths (9 weeks, 8 weeks, 6 weeks and 4 weeks). Has anyone come across a problem like this before and been able to resolve it without using manual Rota generation ?

Hi,Metrix.BusinessServer.DataConnector.DataAccessGateway throw an exception in the system and the system is getting hanged. Even when the system is idle too it throws the same exception.Any idea why we are getting the above exception

Hi! :-)We are having issues getting the commit rule to commit only todays activities, and not tomorrows activities. Here is one attempted rule which doesnt commit anything.Here is another attempted rule that commits too many activities (tomorrows as well)  Neither of them yield the wanted result.Can you please help me find the correct parameters to get activities to commit only for the current day?Current build: 6.10.0.12 Please and thank you :-)

The baseline Stock ABC Analysis is recommending parts with no value and no usage be classified as “A”.  “A” items should be set on the parts used most often and the highest value (based off of the % set).What is used to derive the calculations for the analysis on both the stock record and the part?We need to know what are the calculations based on when that analysis is generated?
