Hi community,Activities are planned within sla lunch in stead of sla appointement?What’s the meaning of sla’s lunch?I’ve never need to planned an activity with a lunch sla, so why this information appears in this tab?  

I have a screen which I am hiding a Longtext field via client script in the refresh script with the following:    setControlRequired("c_collected_sample", "reason", false);     setControlVisibility("c_collected_sample", "reason", false); Then I have a list field which has a value changed script attached to it which makes the field required and visible when a certain value is selected via:        setControlVisibility("c_collected_sample", "reason", true);        setControlRequired("c_collected_sample", "reason", true);However, what is happeneing is that the field is being shown but has the word Required in bold (rather than grey) and it cannot be overwritten - any text added is appended.What is also strange is that if I turn the iPhone to landscape and then back to portrait the field goes grey as expected. I have other screens where the above works as expected so can’t see why this is happeneing.The device is an iPhone (iOS 15) and FSM 6 update 17

Hi guys, Have a questions regarding Model Structure.What conditions are required to be setup/check for products to be automatically created when I create a product for my parent model? The first condition is that ‘Structure’ should be set as “Create Structure as Product”.  Is there any other settings? App Param, BR etc.

Hi all, Currently we have a client that has some pretty complex shift requirements. We have tries to generate the shift patterns using requirements and rules, but have not really got close to the shift patterns required. Having looked into background shift generation, it only works on a set amount of days, but this won’t work due to the shift patterns being different lengths (9 weeks, 8 weeks, 6 weeks and 4 weeks). Has anyone come across a problem like this before and been able to resolve it without using manual Rota generation ?

Hi,Metrix.BusinessServer.DataConnector.DataAccessGateway throw an exception in the system and the system is getting hanged. Even when the system is idle too it throws the same exception.Any idea why we are getting the above exception

Hi! :-)We are having issues getting the commit rule to commit only todays activities, and not tomorrows activities. Here is one attempted rule which doesnt commit anything.Here is another attempted rule that commits too many activities (tomorrows as well)  Neither of them yield the wanted result.Can you please help me find the correct parameters to get activities to commit only for the current day?Current build: 6.10.0.12 Please and thank you :-)

The baseline Stock ABC Analysis is recommending parts with no value and no usage be classified as “A”.  “A” items should be set on the parts used most often and the highest value (based off of the % set).What is used to derive the calculations for the analysis on both the stock record and the part?We need to know what are the calculations based on when that analysis is generated?

Hi Experts,we have a concern from a customer regarding checking the feasibility of expanding the width of smart-client menu to view the full names of the menu items comes under it.Therefore I would like to know, What will be a possible approach to be used for expanding the width of smart-client menu though.Your expert opinion on this is highly appreciated.. ( I have attached a screen shot which explain the requirement) 

Hi everybody, I had issues with the timeline and deleted the shifts. After that all my resources went missing and now i am not able to restore it. I also needed to add in the Resource Type Person-Default again. It was deleted too.Can someone help me? Best regards, Malte

Hi all, My question is regarding package deployment and reversion. Once a package is deployed, how do we revert to the previous version? Understand we can just re apply the older package, but this is not a reversion correct? 

Hi all, I was wondering if it’s possible to empty the value in the ‘Search’ when clicking on a lookup field in mobile. When a lookup field is populated, and you click again on the field to change the value, by default the selected value is used as filter, so you first have to remove that value first to see the other selections.  

Receiving array tasks from external system . if any exception in one of the task while creating , all tasks should rollback . Expectation either create “ALL” or “NONE”  .XML Map is rollback particular task and not all Ex: IFS receiving two tasks, skills ,address and etc. Second tasks if any skill don’t match with in IFS. Only second transaction roll back and first task still exist in IFS   Is there any way to achieve this

Hi Team,We are having a scenario where a Single Voucher (with Multiple Requests) is creating multiple invoices. Whereas the expectation was that it would create only 1 Invoice.“Post to Invoice” button or Billing Generation using Voucher Run ID. While checking the Run Log, we found that the processing is stuck. Can anyone please provide any pointers.

Hi team,  I’m looking for answer for the below question.I’m working on IFS Cloud 22.1.2 for FSM and trying to genearted PM WO from PM actions which include machine serial and customer data. The generated WO does not have custoemr ID on its header infromation. Thus, it is very difficult to identify WO based on customer ID and name on WO list. Is this standard system behavior or bug? Work taks under the PM WO has customer ID.

Hello, I am looking to harness the ECO module to help organize our Engineering Change Orders.  We need to pass 3 additional fields when generating the Requests.  What process drives the Engineering change module?  data to pass would go into (request.payment_id + request.group + request.cust_prob_descr) Thank you!Dan

While upgrading the FSM from http to https using installer, getting error “Port number does not Match with configured Site binging, Please specify a valid port number” Current setup :FSM Smartclient and web client are working in Port 80 [ http].IFSMobileService is working in 443 port with https How to upgrade the FSM SmatClient and webClient to work in only https with 443. Though FSM webclient and smart client are opening in https externally, internally in config everywhere its 80.  Thanks in advance.  

Hi there are there any known issues with regards to MS Server updates impacting the Reporting function of FSM6u16? In our Dev environment running Reports and using the Print button worked fine Our servers were patched over the weekend and on Monday running a report or click the Print button returns an error implying that the Reports Path is incorrect.. As I said it was working one day and not the next with the only obvious change being that the server received some updates over the weekend.System.IO.FileNotFoundException: Report file FMS_GTS_0001_Requests_v1_3.rdlc not found.  Check CLIENT_REPORTS_PATH setting.   at Metrix.UI.ClientReport.RdlcReportHelper.OpenReportFile(String reportName)   at Metrix.UI.ClientReport.RdlcReportHelper..ctor(String reportName, String reportRefName, Boolean isSubReport, Dictionary`2 reportQueries)   at Metrix.UI.Util.RunReportingService(String reportNameWithParameters, String outputFileType)
