Need to know how I can access the Field Service Management (IFS Cloud 21R1) application in the Citirix workspace provided by IFS for MKE Environment?

Is there user manual available for Field Service Management (IFS Cloud 21R1) ?

Hi,

Are you referring to Service Management function in IFS Cloud Aurena (21R1) or the Field Service Management (FSM) application? Please note these are two different products.

Field Service Management (FSM) application hosted on Cloud environment .

Could you please advise , where I would get the user manual for this ?

Hi @Asterix 

 

I’m afraid. Accessing the application via Citrix has not documented as a User Guide perse.
If you have MKE opened, and if you have the URL to download the Application, it is only a matter of pasting the URL in the Chrome and login with the credentials you have.
