Resource getting created without start and end location in FSM

While we’re creating resources from persons , by checking the box “Scheduling resource” , It does create a resource .

But the start and end locations fields are blank although start/end locations are present in the PLACE tab of PERSON (i.e. although place, address are present in PERSON screen that does not show up while resource creation)

Note : We’re experiencing this issue while importing data using import/export functionality using .xls file. 

Version used :UPD20 

Any help here , please .

Hi @Mahesh Biswal,

Please make sure that the person record has both starts work from and ends work at places inserted under the person_place tab. Location ID start and end will be picked up based on these two values (respective default address id is picked from the place as the locations)

@Saranga Amaraweera  While creating a person record, should we first update the start location and end location and then tick the scheduling resource flag to create a scheduling resource record in FSM? Please confirm if this sequence needs to be followed.

In our case, we have an interface to create technician wherein we are first updating threesixty_resource flag and then updating start/ end location and sometime we see multiple scheduling resource getting created
