Hi Team,

 

We have a scenario where there are shared technicians/resources in some teams and we are in plan to use schedule board for limited teams only and remaining teams will have PSO scheduling. Question is when some task assigned to the shared resource,  in schedule board I think we can see all the tasks assigned to the resource including the the ones getting allocated through PSO but in PSO when one team of the shared resource is not enabled to export can we have anything done to display the resource availability accordingly to show he his already assigned with some task in another team which is not in PSO?

Hi Jithesh,

I’m not aware of anything out of the box. PSO is stateless so is only aware of the data it is being fed from the sending system (FSM in this case). If you aren’t sending those tasks to PSO it won’t know about them. Are the schedule board tasks fixed to a date and time? If so then why not send them to PSO so they are included in the schedule?
