I see this processes tab in Role screen, I want to understand the logic behind it and how are we using it.Can we disable any Business Rule for a specific role?

Hi All,Currently we are facing Bumping issue.. System should prioritize High Priority task in place of Low priority task. but its not working as expected in PSO. Example there is a P4 task assigned @12:00PM & we got new P3 task system should move the P4 task to back & it should assign the P3 in front but its not happening.Regards,Shiyaz

Hello, While testing the functionality of having shifts with the Manual Scheduling only option we noticed that an activity will only become allocated if we check the options Fix Resource and Fix Date and Time that appear on the Changes Panel that appear after dragging the activity to the position wanted. Does anyone know if this is the proper behavior of the system? Shouldn’t it be enough just drag and drop the activity without checking the two options?Thanks for your help.Kind Regards, Joana Machado

Hi, I am trying to use Division/ Region based allocation in PSO and I have the following questions:I am creating the resource in the FSM via integration which is then automatically transferred to the PSO. Is it possible in this creation or transaction between FSM and PSO to automatically associate the Division to the resource?    Is it also possible in the Resource Planner to automatically or via integration add the resource to the correct Division without having to do it manually?    Thank you! Best regards,João Martins​​​     

Hi Does the reference period include days without shifts, ie if shifts run Mon to Fri, does the reference period cover Sat and Sun ? Thanks

Hello,In my project, we are creating tasks by integration, and then these in the PSO allocate to a team resource, where the task is associated with that team.I would like to know if the above is possible, if so how can I do it?Another question, is it possible, let's imagine an address field, like a region having a lookup that fetches all teams id, associating that team_id to that address, making all tasks that have that address, have that team_id, and when it is sent to the PSO allocate to a resource belonging to that team.If it is possible, how could it be done?Best Regards,Carlos Soares

Where do I have to create or add an address for a technician in the IFS Cloud so that it is displayed in PSO as the technician's home location?Currently, in PSO for all my technicians transferred from cloud to PSO, only the address of the company is displayed for each technician in PSO.Thanks for help!

Dear Team,Please let us know the purpose of Work status present in FSM Mobile App impact in PSO.We are having 4Work statuses i.e On Break, Off Break, On Shift, Off shift. As we are aware that On shift and off Shift are present in Legend and visible  in Resource gantt.Kindly let us know the usage of On break & Off break in PSO and visiblilty in resource gantt Regards,Ashish

 While creating scheduling resource type ,after saving it we get the following error{check the attachment}. How to connect address ID start and end in the map?   

While scheduling resource we need to make Scheduling Resource Type but when try to create , field like address ID we do not find anywhere to fill . Attached is the screenshot .  In which module we can find address ID end and start.

How can I get the address id populated in LOV here so that I can create a scheduling resource type 

while adding address under company , we add address ID but the map it show {screenshot attached } we are not able to use and if we don’t address ID start and end than cannot schedule resource type.{screenshot attached}

Hi Team, Is it possible to navigate from one screen to other screen in FSM? Actual requirement is that once we save  the custom screen, it should open the same screen again with new data to be filled. Regards,AJAY

Unable to view dispatched tasks on schedule board in web-client. Although the tasks are visible on the smart client. Also, we have checked all the configurations but haven't been able to find any issue with that. Could anyone have some suggestions or solution for this issue?

We had an issue a while back where if a new attachment was created/added with the same file name as a previous attachment, then the file would be overwrittten and all previous attachments would show the new file. We thought this was fixed in 2018 (by the Task ID being added to the file name of the attachment) however it seems not to  be the case. Sometimes the Task ID gets added, but often not (See attachment) Why is this behaviour inconsistent?

There is an area in IFS Cloud called Scheduled Work Tasks.  It is a list of work tasks. I am referring to running database tasks. Where do I find why Work tasks show in this area? What is different here than work task lists? Is there a manual to explain areas of the IFS?

We have just upgraded from Metrix 5.3.3 to FSM6.15. On the Stock screen the Quantities tab shows 0 quantities in stock locations that have stock in them, yet the Bins & Serials tab is showing the correct serial ids and the correct stock count in the Bin On Hand field. is there a way to show the correct Quantities in the Quantities tab also? Hello,Are there any available patches that we could install for FSM 5.7 update 3 build 6659? We understand that there is a move/push to cloud versioning, however we are not yet ready to move to cloud at this moment. In the interim we would like to make sure that our current software has any of the necessary patching that it needs. 

hiIs there any setting in dispatch console that shows the FSEs grouped by resource group or region like below. In IFS, I can see like this 

When we click on eligible resource under unallocated task, only resource group filter is turned on automatically but other filter don’t work . We also added certificates and competencies but still filter of dispatch console don’t work properly.  

Hi All,We have added competency to work task also added job which includes competency is also added but in dispatch console when we click on eligible resources that competency filter doesn't show up. what can be possible solution ? Thanks

We have competency, certificate, region etc info in Dispatch console but where are they entered/set with the resources? In the resource screen, I could not find anything like this?
