Hi Team, We have a requirement in FSM to display attachment names as links in the Task > Attachment tab. Requirement is that when user clicks on attachment name column, it should be clickable like link and should open the link contained in attachment_path column. We have customization to update links to external attachments in attachment_path column of Attachment table. Regards,AJAY

HiIn MWO, there is an option “Return” that comes after assignment is marked complete. What’s the use of it? I could see that the task disappears from MWO screen BUT I am unable to delete the assignment now.
HelloWe just moved to 15.4.3 ( from 14.5)On a few Actions Groups , when we load them on the dispatch console (from the Astea Browser) we got a display error with red crosses The initial load is usually OK , the red cross is happening when both navigation bars are used to view passed ord future data or the remaing technicians. Loading the latest view works , but it fails as user is moving on the console or trying to do actions on the service orders. Any idea to address this display issue We uninstalled and reinstalled many times the browserThe same action group is working fine from other PCs Regards

There are some tasks not visible on dispatch console. Ex. task 53 is assigned to someone but does not show under “Assigned tasks” or Unassigned tasks. The task is released & has duration too.
Hi All, Are all the features of IFS FSM 6.0 have been migrated to IFS Cloud Service Management Module ? Are they working in same capacity ?If all the features are yet to be made available in IFS cloud Service Management Module , then when would IFS migrate them to IFS cloud ? Is there any future release plan for IFS to upgrade the IFS Cloud Service Management as sophisticated as IFS FSM ?Please advise.

hi, is there a way that multiple criteria can be applied in the dispatch console filters like multiple competencies . I think since Match All is on, if I put multiple, it does not show any results. So want to turn it off.

In the time types defined for FSM module, I have attached a calendar thinking it will automatically set default timing/start & stop time for a resource working for that site but when I select this in MWO, I still need to enter the start & stop manually.I chose this time type but start time is not auto populated
Hello,We are an Apps 10 customer using PSO version 6.9.0.22.We use Scheduling Web Interface within our apps setup for IFS to communicate with PSOWe have just updated PSO in our TEST environment to 6.10.0.12, and post update IFS is no longer able to communicate with PSO. It would appear IFS Scheduling Web Interface is no more based on not seeing it within IIS settings of the PSO Server compared to Live environment. I reviewed the release notes PDF, and I can see in release 6.10.0.4 “Removal of Scheduling Web Interface and changes to other components to work with .net6”My question is, how do I resolve our problems and what is the alternative method to use now going forward within Apps to allow the communication to work again?

Hello! How come some settings i workbench are resetted after each session? For example the map options of cluster distance and transparacy. Is it possible to save those settings somehow? Can you adjust standard settings based on profile or something similar?
