Dear community.

Since the features for the current Service Quoation are pretty much wholesome, the current question regarding Request Managment is, if there will be a “New Request Quotation” process that offers the same or more functionality like the current Service Quoation?

Especially like quote requests (mulitple), quote request contracts (based on templates/newly created) etc.

Have you looked at the Academy trainings for Request Mgmt in 23R1? Surely no feature parity yet, but catching up. And some of the trainings include information about what’s coming in future releases.

Hi @Alexander Heinze I’ve done the trainings and I am working in 23R1 demo already. Since I and the customer are missing the functions at the moment and there is a clear expectation, my questions are more against the backlog or release plan explanation.
