Hello! 

We are having trouble with booked appointments splitting across several days. We have gotten the feedback from IFS support that the parameter activity_SLA start_based should be set to false but we are unable to find that specific parameter. Does anyone know where i can find it when it isn’t in the list with all the other parameters? 

Is there another way to stop booked appointments from splitting across days? 

On your activity, is split_allowed set to true or false?

...but the setting of both parameters depends on whether you use PSO Standalone, with FSM, or with IFS Cloud.


Thank you for your response! We are using PSO Standalone with IFS 9 and Start_based doesn’t exist in the list of parameters. 


I don’t have access to an Apps 9 instance, but can you check if there is “Allow Multiple Visits” on the Activity, Active Type, or the site?
