when hovering over an activity, we currently only see ID, START, END, DURATION, RESOURCE. is it possible to customize this further to include other details, such as customer name, address?

Yes...This would be possible using ‘Lists’ in PSO. You would be able to add whatever fields you need by configuring ‘Activity Tooltip’.

+3I’ve updated the scheduling activity tooltip list , however the changes aren’t taking into effect. is there another step needed to make this list active?

Try assigning your user to a group & give the list that you created to the group.
