We are having trouble with booked appointments splitting across several days. We have gotten the feedback from IFS support that the parameter activity_SLA start_based should be set to false but we are unable to find that specific parameter. Does anyone know where i can find it when it isn’t in the list with all the other parameters?
Is there another way to stop booked appointments from splitting across days?
+23On your activity, is split_allowed set to true or false?

...but the setting of both parameters depends on whether you use PSO Standalone, with FSM, or with IFS Cloud.
+2Thank you for your response! We are using PSO Standalone with IFS 9 and Start_based doesn’t exist in the list of parameters.
+23I don’t have access to an Apps 9 instance, but can you check if there is “Allow Multiple Visits” on the Activity, Active Type, or the site?
